I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences at Korea University. Before joining KU EES, I was a Postdoctoral Associate in the Department of Chemical and Environmental Engineering at Yale University, where I worked with Professor Drew Gentner, did my Ph.D. in Earth and Atmospheric Sciences at Georgia Tech with Professor Sally Ng, and M.Sc in Atmospheric Environment at Korea University with Professor Meehye Lee.
My research focuses on the fundamental understanding of the formation and composition of organic aerosol via laboratory chamber studies and ambient field measurements. During my Ph.D., I served as the data manager of the Georgia Tech Environmental Chamber (GTEC) facility as a part of The Index of Chamber Atmospheric Research in the United States (ICARUS) campaign. During my postdoc, I served as the instrument mentor at the Queens College site as a part of The Atmospheric Science and Chemistry mEasurement NeTwork (ASCENT). Here is the link to my CV
