AirbnBee AI Analyzer is a Chrome extension that helps users analyze Airbnb listing pages and generate improvement suggestions for listing presentation, visibility, guest appeal, photos, amenities, and optimization planning.

AirbnBee AI Analyzer is not affiliated with Airbnb.

Information We Collect

AirbnBee AI Analyzer may use visible website content from supported Airbnb listing pages when the user starts an analysis. This may include publicly visible listing information such as:

- Listing title

- Listing description

- Amenities

- Visible listing details

- Public images or image references

- Public links and listing content needed for analysis

The extension may also store user settings, saved analysis results, and report data locally in the user’s browser.

We do not collect:

- Personally identifiable information

- Health information

- Financial or payment information

- Authentication information

- Personal communications

- Full browsing history

- Creditworthiness or lending information

How We Use Information

The information is used only to provide the extension’s core purpose: analyzing Airbnb listing content and generating listing improvement suggestions, reports, and optimization plans.

Data Sharing

AirbnBee AI Analyzer does not sell user data.

If AI analysis is enabled, visible listing content may be sent to an AI service provider only to generate the requested listing analysis and improvement suggestions. This data is not used for unrelated purposes.

Local Storage

Some information may be stored locally in the user’s browser, such as saved reports, settings, and analysis history. Users can clear this data by clearing extension data or uninstalling the extension.

Downloads

If the user chooses to export a report, the extension may create and download a report file such as a PDF or CSV. Downloads only happen after the user clicks an export or download button.

Permissions

AirbnBee AI Analyzer uses permissions only to support its single purpose:

- activeTab: to access the current listing page after the user starts analysis

- scripting: to read visible listing content on the current supported page

- storage: to save settings and analysis results locally

- downloads: to allow users to export generated reports

- host permissions: to access supported Airbnb listing pages selected by the user

Limited Use Disclosure

AirbnBee AI Analyzer uses user data only to provide or improve its single purpose. The extension does not sell user data, does not use data for unrelated purposes, and does not use data to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.
