To enhance in-flight safety and minimise the risks associated with lithium battery-related incidents, South Korea’s Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport (MOLIT) has introduced new regulations on carrying power banks, spare batteries and e-cigarettes on flights from South Korea. Guests must declare their power banks to our ground staff at check in. Only specific approved power banks are permitted on board. For more information, please click here.

Due to the earlier outbreak of African Swine Fever (ASF), the Malaysian government, through a directive dated 31st Jan 2019, has imposed a temporary ban on the admission of pork and pork products into Malaysia. If you are flying into Malaysia from Mainland China, Macau, Hong Kong, Vietnam and Mongolia, and carrying such items, please ensure you dispose of them in the designated quarantine bins upon disembarking. Failure to do so may result in items being confiscated and a fine up to RM100,000 or 6 years imprisonment. This directive continues to be valid as of 15th May 2024 also.
Please be informed that all arriving travellers to Malaysia are required to submit the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) three (3) days prior to your scheduled departure date via the following link.
