Air Quality Index+ is an application that provides real-time air quality index (AQI) information based on your location or any city worldwide. It also offers data on historical and forecasted air quality conditions, along with pollutants like PM2.5, CO, and NO2.
All data is stored locally on your device. The App does not collect, send, or store any personal data or usage data on external servers.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are 13 years of age or older.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
Use the App in any way that violates any applicable local, state, or national law or regulation.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
Use the App to transmit any harmful or malicious software, viruses, or other harmful code.
The App may allow you to store and view certain data, including location information and air quality data. You retain ownership of your data, but by using the App, you grant us a license to store and process this data locally on your device for the purpose of providing the App's functionality.
You are responsible for any content that you upload, store, or view within the App. We do not claim ownership of your content.
The App collects location data (latitude and longitude) for the purpose of providing air quality data for your current location or recent locations you’ve visited. All data is stored solely on your device, and we do not collect or store data on any remote servers.

We strive to keep the App operational at all times. However, the availability of the App may be subject to interruptions, including but not limited to system maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the App or any loss of data.
We may periodically update the App to improve its functionality, fix bugs, or add new features. You agree to receive such updates automatically.
The App may include links to third-party websites or services that are not operated by us. We have no control over and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Air Quality Index+ and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Air Quality Index+ and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via a prominent notice within the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the modified Terms.
