And Look in Your ORBATS for Spots to Rank For.

E-4 is minimum for ground Crew.

E-4 needs two ground operations for E-5.

E-5 needs six ground operations for E-6.

E-6 Needs to Attend a Ground Chief Training For E-7.

E-7 Attends Flight School For O-1.
