All outputs are algorithmically generated and may vary in accuracy.
You agree that:
You are legally capable of entering into this Agreement
You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
You will use the Platform only for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise permitted
Certain features require payment through in-app purchase mechanisms provided by Apple.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation
Plans renew automatically unless canceled in advance of the renewal date
You may cancel subscriptions through your device account settings
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
Prices may change in the future, but any changes will not affect your current billing cycle.
When using the Platform, you may submit visual or textual content.
You acknowledge that:
You retain ownership of your content
You grant permission for processing and analysis to enable Platform functionality
You will not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful material
The Platform is designed for informational use only.
It does not replace professional plant care expertise
Results may differ due to environmental variability and data limitations
No guarantee is made regarding correctness or completeness
You agree not to:
Misuse or attempt to disrupt the Platform
Access systems without authorization
Use the Platform to develop competing services
Engage in abusive, fraudulent, or harmful behavior
All intellectual property rights related to the Platform (excluding user-submitted content) are owned by the provider or its licensors.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution is prohibited.
Access to the Platform may be limited or terminated if:
You violate this Agreement
Your usage creates risk or legal exposure
Termination may occur without prior notice.
The Platform is provided on an “as available” basis.
We disclaim all express or implied warranties, including:
Fitness for a specific purpose
Non-infringement
Continuous availability
To the extent permitted by law:
The provider is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the Platform within the preceding 12 months
We reserve the right to revise this Agreement at any time. Continued use indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
This Agreement is governed by applicable laws in the relevant jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
