By downloading or using the Posora application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.
The App allows users to generate stylized photos using artificial intelligence. Features include cartoon, portrait, fantasy, and other creative filters based on uploaded face photos.
The App operates on a token-based model:
Tokens are allocated based on your subscription plan.
Weekly subscribers receive 50 tokens per week.
Yearly subscribers receive 250 tokens per year upon subscription, which renews annually.
Each image generation costs 3 tokens.
Unused tokens do not carry over to the next period.
The token system is not a currency and has no monetary value outside the App.
The App offers weekly and yearly auto-renewable subscription plans via Apple.
By subscribing, you agree that:
Charges will be applied to your Apple ID account.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings.
All token credits expire at the end of each subscription period. Unused tokens do not roll over.
As per App Store policy, partial refunds for unused tokens are not supported.
You retain ownership of any photos uploaded to the App.
You grant us a limited license to process them solely for the purpose of image generation.
All uploaded images are processed only for generation purposes and are automatically deleted within 24 hours.
We do not store, share, or use uploaded images for training, recognition, or identification.
You may not:
Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or misuse the App.
Use the App to impersonate others or generate misleading images.
Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.
All App content (excluding user-uploaded content), including AI models, graphics, and UI elements, are owned by the Service Provider (AppMerge / Dews LLC / BigCrunch Teknoloji).
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the App will be error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for any damages resulting from use of the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms or misuse the App.

Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
