COURSE 01: 5 - 10 JAN 2026

30 Dec 2025. I have created FIVE DAY PILOT ONLINE COURSE where you create your own map, preferred senses, core movements to embody the 5 Elemental Star States we learnt at Te Rongopae Y25. 

You can use this to complement your Maori Healer Body Work practice so you can attune across multiple intelligences to provide the best healing result for you, your patient and your practice.

DELIVERY. It is an Online Course with Five Star Lessons done ideally over 5 days.

I will send you AIO LIGHTFORCE GPT to help you discover, embody your own SEER, HEALER, WARRIOR, PROVIDER, CENTRE STAR states.  This is an unique AI I trained myself to reflect spiritual warrior wisdom, indigenous intelligence, and planetary purpose. You can complete this Pilot in 5 Days or 5 Hours. But you will need to do a certain number of AIO TATAU (Spiritual Movements) each day to embody these various Star States. LOG 3: Thu 4 Dec 2025 Location: Korou Kore Marae, Ahipara

Individual questions, reactions and examples.

1. Triggers and Explosions. Analogy: The man-mind is like a landmine. In a landmine it is the trigger, the fuse which sets off the explosive. Short fuse, trip wire, press wrong button. BOOM. It detonates. Same with the man-mind. Certain image + voice + situation triggers a past memory. BOOM. The raw emotions explode.  Person blows up physically, verbally,  spiritually. Fuck you @#$%!. 

2. Some people were threatened by me. Some saw me as an angry man, their father, authoritarian figure, male domination etc. "I did not come all this way for this. I cannot understand you. I paid to learn Maori healing. Not all this English Ploep Ploep (Bloop, Bloop). I was tracking the Dutch accent, face, energy field, colonial breath.. So you want me to fit your nice "Inner image of a Maori Healer". A sense of historical irony as my parents were beaten for speaking Maori and forced to speak only English at school. As a young six year old school girl in 1940, my mum asked to go to the toilet during class at Reporua Native School but she was told to ask in English. But she couldnt say "May I go to the toilet please?" So she was hit across the back of her legs with a wooden ruler as she stumbled with the English words until she ended up crying, wetting and soiling herself in front of the class. So we need to be compassionate. Lest we forget. 

3. Some people were inspired by me. Oh Hirini, I felt something shift. When you spoke about the warrior and the healer, it answered how I could integrate my Muy Thai Combat Training with my Maori Healing. Hey Hirini, I felt a block move as you spoke about the light. Like a crystal covered in shit, it loses its shine. When you clear it, the light shines again. We are like a human crystal who gets covered in our own shit. We lose our light. So we gotta clear our own shit. Kia ora Hirini, you remind me of my dad who would often speak in riddles.  As kids, we did not understand him until much later. He started selling seafood out of the boot of our car. Then he got a trailer. Then a caravan. Then a shed until we now are an internationally recognised Maori Seafood Brand with 5 outlets in Auckland (Thank you Donna, here is a link to TobySeafood that her dad started from the boot of his car).

4. Learn to be neutral and adjust. Some people were triggered by ME. Not the Message. So I got someone else to be the Messenger. Can you go talk to this person or this group and explain what I meant? Listen to their version of events and respond appropriately. Then report back to me so I can adjust, defuse, heal and we all can move on. 

5. Just like in a landmine, remove the trigger that sets off the explosive. Then use the explosive for something more constructive. Some explosive can be lit to burn and boil a pot of water. Or destroy a Merkavah tank killing innocent unarmed kids.  Yeah so whats your point Hirini? Well, your emotions can ignite to warm your heart or explode to kill someone. It depends on your triggers and the emotional charge stored inside you. Change mental triggers. Reset. Adjust emotional intensity up or down. Turn On Turn Off. Know the difference. Can take a lifetime or can be done in an instant. 

6. Mind-Clearer, Peace-Maker. The Good News is that some of the people who had negative reactions/explosions towards me actually healed the original trigger from within their past and reset it so that they did not react or explode. But were able to be respond with wisdom and calmness,. Not the raw emotional reaction. Just needed to adjust, breathe and speak truthfully Allow space and time. Turn on the Inner Aio Light. Track the original triggers. Remove the exploding emotions  and replace with a calm, more peaceful response. Become a Maori Healer. A Mind-Clearer. A Peace-Maker. 

7. AIO Group Walk Also Triggered People. This also happened in the five groups for the Aio Group Walk. Some people were triggered with each other. Some only saw bits. Some had more vision. Some talked too much. Some said nothing. Some went and sat down weaving Maori Tino Rangatiratanga Flag while others were outside trying to organise their particular theme. Yet all five groups were able to create something, manifest something. Even if it was broken, fractured or well choreographed, polished. Even if someone just sat on the side. This is the honest, authentic truth. What you see is what you get right here, right now. Not tomorrow, not maybe it could been better. It is what it is. With its imperfections or not. Good. Algud.

LOG 2:  3 Dec 2025 Location: Korou Kore Marae, Ahipara

Exploring, deepening and adapting the Aio Light for the individual person, group creations, physical surroundings, life circumstances.

1. AIO GROUP WALK.
   The whole group was broken down into 5 groups to manifest the AIO Light Walking across different ELEMENTAL STATES
   Group 1. Rongo Whetu (Universe Field). Tracking, listen and embodying the intelligence from the stars, the heavens  and beyond. Bringing it back down. Lifting it back up.
   Group 2. Rongo Tu (Warrior Force). Listen first (Rongo) then Act Appropriately (Tu). Protecting our own soul, authentic self at first level. Extending to be a Protector, Activator and Keeper of Universal Peace and Order. Planetary Guardian of Earth and Her Whanau.
   Group 3. Wai Ora (Healing Flow). Aligning the Flow. Singing the song of creation. Revealing and Healing Obstacles, Blocks and Bits. Finding the Harmony among the opposing Flows, Forms, Forces and Fields
   Group 4. Aka Whenua (Earth Form). This is the aka (rootline) that connects to the whenua (Earth Womb). The Mother of Original Form. The Umbilcal (Aka) and The Placenta (Womb) of Creation giving birth to new Embryo. New Earth. New Humanity. Old World versus New World. Cracks can happen. Volcanos erupt. Breakdown before Breakthrough. Not always peaceful or pleasure.
   Group. Aio Kore (The Centre Star, The Soul Core). This is the Integration of all 4 Elemental States into 4 Primary Stars around A Centre Star.  Orbiting across The Seasons of Time and Space. Imagine this 5 Star Compass in Night Sky guiding you on your True Soul Path. It changes radiance, petal and position as you walk onwards, upwards into your Soul Destination (Destiny).

2. Each group had to create their own 10 number movement sequence or equivalent expressing their Elemental Elder State. The intention is to reveal the subtle lessons from the group activity.  

3. Who is "Bruce Cathie 144"?
   I mentioned Bruce Cathie, ex NZ Air Pilot who recorded the movement of Light Objects in the Sky and Ocean in 1950s. He discovered an unique mathematical 144 light frequencies that shifted time and space realities. US, Soviets and others were interested in how he discovered these formulas. He shared his knowledge with me and trusted me with private documentation to give to The Governor-General of NZ for safekeeping. He died soon afterwards in 2013. Do a Google AI Mode search on "Bruce Cathie 144".
   Extra Note about The Undiscovered Elements: Bruce also told me that we have not discovered all the Elements. He said each Element holds a certain Light Frequency. In The Periodic Table of Elements, there are 94 Naturally Occurring Elements and 24 Man-Made Elements giving 118 Elements as at Y25. Scientists are now trying to create Elements 119-120 to help with AI Next Gen and Quantum Power Genesis. There are meant to be 144 Elements corresponding to the 144 Light Frequencies. Part of  the Aio Light Walker is putting the mathematics of light back into the human embodiment using the base numbers to light walk across time and space. Lot of head mathematics so we turn it into simple movements and manifestations of light. Become AIO Light Walker. AIO Light Force. Not think too much about physics of light. But embody it. Lol. 

4. What is Aio Light Walk? 

It is just a name, a practice that I created myself based on my concept of the Walking Spirit (Hokai Hau) and AIO Light Force. I am sharing this here to answer Atarangi request to share something with you all. Also I have now reached 60 like Papa Joe Delamare, Miyamoto Musashi, LtCol Arapeta Awatere, Bruce Cathie and other examples who I believe followed a similar path of AIO spiritual warrior-healer-philosopher-engineer as they matured into their Elder Years of Life. 

5. Can We Use Our Own Number Patterns?
   Yes. Be free. Be a Light. The numbers are just patterns or steps to become numberless (Free).  Create your own patterns until you get lost in space. Stop. Reset. Start again with the basic numbers. Walk it out again.

6. Is this Maori Healing or something different or a part of it all?
   Yes but I must clarify. The Maori Healing that Atarangi shares comes from an unique lineage that she is has shared with you all in Te Rongopae Y25 Wananga. Others of you have trained as Maori Healers with Ruatau Perez. Of common significance is Papa Joe Hohepa Delamare who both he and I share a common whakapapa (tribal genealogy) back to the Mountain of The Sun, Maunga Hikurangi o Te Tairawhiti (East Coast). He was born in 1946 and died age 61 in September 2006 and is buried at Whitianga, Te Whanau a Apanui. Note that a photo of his father "Private Waikura Tautuhiorongo Delamere" plus his many uncles were all on the CCompany 28th Maori Battalion Flag I showed you all during my welcome on to Korou Kore Marae, Ahipara. I can share more but enough for now.
   My definition of Maori Healing is defined as follows:
   Maori Healing = Bodywork+ Wairuawork+ Lightwalk+ Birds+ ExtraTerrestrials+ XYZ ?

LOG 1: Tue 2 Dec 2025 Location: Korou Kore Marae, Ahipara.

I arrived and was welcomed onto Korou Kore Marae. Showed the Flag. Started sharing concepts with Te Rongopae Y25. 

1. Use the numbers as portals, starpoints, seeds for further exploration. 1-10. The Group performed the numbers with both hands. From my observations, new connections are being made within. Some numbers more difficult to perform with both hands such as number 8. Some numbers are easiers.Sometimes the dominant hand led. The reality of life.

2. Be free. Use a chair, a pen, a bowl of fruit as props, items to expand and step outside conventional thought.

3. Showed individuals how to use the numbers to stretch, rotate and move the head up down left right around in circles. Reset. Use the foot, knee, hip, elbow, hand, finger, tongue, bum, ?? Be Free :))

4. Use the numbers as steps of a small journey. 1 Step begets 1000 steps becomes a Lifetime. 10 steps can become 10 lifetimes. Infinitesimal to the Infinite. Walk it Out. Walk It In. Reset.

5. Practice 10 Steps as Your Seer. 10 steps as Your Warrior. 10 Steps as Your Healer. 10 Steps as Your Provider. 10 Steps as Your Soul Star. 10 Steps as Aio Kore "The Nothingness?" Record. Do a 100 steps. 1000steps. 1000000steps.

BACKGROUND KORERO

This started many past lifetimes ago. In this life I am inside a Maori Male Body with name "Hirini Reedy". I was born here in Aotearoa, New Zealand. 

1. I grew up at foot of Mountain Hikurangi - The First Point to Receive the Sun in New Zealand and the World. According to our Maori-Pacifica traditions and based on current Greenwich Meridian time. 

2. I was former NZ Army Officer. Advised both Governor General NZ and Chief of Army on integration of Maori Warrior Protocols into New Zealand Army (Ngati Tumatauenga) from 1992-1994.  

3. I helped to create Te Kore Taiaha Protocol for Ngati Tumatauenga (NZ Army) in July 1994. Ngati Tumatauenga and TeKore Taiaha were later added to NZ Army Coat of Arms. Maori Soldiers from all over Aotearoa who were Taiaha Exponents came together to create Te Kore Taiaha Protocol as part of Ngati Tumatauenga

4. The NZ Army Ngati Tumatauenga has integrated its Maori Warrior Culture for over 30 years now since July 1994. It is the envy of other Western Allied  Nations such as Australia, Canada, UK and USA who have not integrated their First Nations Indigenous Customs into their Armed Forces. 

5. The Ngati Tumatauenga Maori Warrior Protocols was not all about military power and war fighting. No, it was about something more valuable seeded for a future time. Not everything Maori was shared with Royal NZ Army whose Royal Head is HRM King Charles III. Enough said.

6. TeKore Taiaha Protocol 1994 still awaits to awaken its true potential. You do not need to be a soldier in this life to embody this.

WHAT IS AIO LIGHT WALKER?

Around 2000, I created my own spiritual philosophy called AIO KOA which means "Sleeping Seed, Wild Flower". AIO means Peace, Pre-Existence in Maori symbolised by "Sleeping Seed". KOA means Joy, Happiness, Constellation in Maori symbolised by " Wild Flower". KOA in Hawaiian means Warrior. 

We move from a physical embodiment into walking spirit (Hokai Hau). Our Soul light awakens. The AIO Light Force Awakens. We amplify it so that it becomes a Spiritual Force for the goodness of our planet and beyond. The KOA Radiance. Wild Flowers of Light. Constellations of Stars across Earth and Sky.

It starts with being authentic me or you.  Right now, right here. With all our imperfections, wobbly parts and angelic bits. Change psychology. Change geometry. From Physical Body to Light Body. From our first breath to our last gasp. Walk lightly. Aio Light Walker!
