Workflow Process

Concept Sketch

A rough sketch after your description. After rough sketch approval will move to the process of pricing and payment.

Refined Sketch

After payment received, the refined sketch will be sent for a second approval, revision, change or edit. After refined sketch approval will move to finalization the piece. After this stage any editing request is impossible without extra fee.

Final Product

After refined sketch approved. The work progressions will be send time to the client until the picture finished. Fulfilled the serviced or depended on the agreement.

Pricing

The price of the drawing/painting will be increased based on the complexity of the request (character or background). This also included the style.
A smaller portion of the character will be cheaper than the full-body piece (Ex: Avatar or portrait ).
Payment for the commission will be chosen from the provided methods: Here!
The commission service fees must be paid 100% up-front.
Commercial license will cost 300% from its base price. The art will come in signature free or watermark free.

Non or single colour = free of charge
Simple coloring = $5*
Basic details = $10*
Detailed = $20*

Information regarding the commission

Style: style can be requested in the commission list (also affected the cost). You can visit my gallery for example or present the style you wished to have. Depended on the agreement.

Payment will be requested AFTER the rough sketch and pricing agreement only.

Notes:

I'm a human, not a machine. I can make artwork but not on a continuous streak, So I'll usually take a break for 2-3 days.
I will notify you when it is your turn or taking a break or when I'm available again when taking commission orders.
Maximum counts for commission request sketch revision without extra change = 3. With major changes or detail, if the client wished to go further there will be an extra charge regarding the edit.
If some format did not being listed, feel free to ask if the artist is available for work.
The expected waiting time for the commission to be finished after the queue being take is between 1 day or up to 2 weeks. Depended on the scale and type of the commission.

Term of service

I retained the right to decline any request, which I found not suitable.
What will not be drawn: Political, Racism, and other things which I found offensive.
Work will be started after agreement on the sketch and full services charge received.
The refund will be equal to amount of any progress that has not been processed
The commissioner can wish to be remain anonymous or has the commission keep in private.
The artist shall retain the copyright of any non-commercial commission image.
Do not make any non-commercial art to NFT.
