Every patient receives the following steps in a program called the 'Circle of Care' -- especially designed for diabetic patients.

Step 1

Register in a Computer System with a receptionist

Step 2

Consult with a Doctor

Step 3

Have a Blood Sugar Test Done in a Lab

Step 4

Have Blood Pressure and Body Mass Index (BMI) Checked by a Nurse

Step 5

Have Eyes checked by an Optometrist

Step 6

Have feet checked by a Nurse

Step 7

Consult with a Dietician

Step 8

Have Dental Hygiene Checked

Step 9

Retrieve medication from the Pharmacy

Donations can be in form of Charity, Sadaqa or Zakat
All donations are collected in a U.S. bank account which are transferred fully to the Sugar Hospital, Diabetes Hospital & Research Center, Peshawar, Pakistan.
Funds collected from U.S. donors are collected in a U.S. Bank and may be reported to I.R.S. since these are tax-deductible
