We only fix tiles and marble.
We only fix tiles and marble. Our company provides labor services for tile and marble installation only. We do not manufacture, sell, or supply tiles, marble, or related materials. Customers are responsible for arranging and providing all required materials such as tiles, marble, bond, cement, and grout. Our responsibility begins from the fixing/installation work and ends once the installation is complete.
No guarantee for tiles or bond.
We do not provide any guarantee or warranty for tiles, marble, or tile bond. The quality, durability, and strength of the tiles or bond depend entirely on the materials purchased by the customer. If tiles break, get damaged, or the bond does not hold properly after installation, AIMS TILE FIXER COMPANY will not be responsible. Our service is limited only to the fixing/installation work.
Not responsible for old structure.
We are not responsible for any issues related to the old or existing structure. If the floor, wall, or base has cracks, weakness, uneven surface, or hidden problems, AIMS TILE FIXER COMPANY will not be held liable for damages or defects that appear during or after the tile fixing process. Our responsibility is limited only to installing tiles/marble on the given surface.
Advance Payment is Mandatory
Before starting any project, the customer must pay 10% of the total cost in advance. This advance confirms the booking of labor and scheduling of work. Without advance payment, work will not begin.
Full Payment After Completion
Once the tile or marble fixing work is fully completed, the remaining payment must be cleared immediately. Delays in final payment are not acceptable, and the company will not be responsible for any issues if payment is withheld.
Weekly Payment Every Thursday
For projects that continue for several days or weeks, the customer must make a weekly payment every Thursday for the work completed up to that point. This ensures smooth progress of the project and fair compensation for labor.
Extra Charges for Raw Floor
If the existing floor is not properly prepared and requires breaking, leveling, or extra preparation before tile installation, additional charges will apply. These charges will be discussed and confirmed with the customer before starting.
When work is required on an upper floor (first floor, second floor, or higher), extra charges will apply due to the difficulty of transporting materials, tools, and labor to higher levels. These costs are separate from the standard tile fixing charges.
Our service covers only tile and marble installation. Any extra work such as demolition, shifting materials, repairing cracks, or making adjustments beyond fixing tiles will be charged separately.
All materials, including tiles, marble, cement, grout, and tile bond, are the responsibility of the customer. AIMS TILE FIXER COMPANY provides only labor services for fixing and installation. The customer must arrange and deliver all necessary materials before the work begins.
If the tiles, marble, or bond provided by the customer are of low quality, damaged, or defective, the company will not be responsible for poor results.
Work for Government Offices
We also provide services for government offices, institutions, and public buildings. Special terms may apply depending on the project.
Work May Stop Due to Weather
If there is heavy rain, extreme heat, or other weather issues, work may be delayed or stopped for safety reasons.
Work Stops if Payment is Delayed
If payments are not made on time, our team has the right to stop work until payments are cleared.
After work is finished, the customer must check and confirm that they are satisfied with the job before the team leaves the site.
If the customer adds new work or changes the original plan during the project, new charges will apply for that extra work.
Travel and Stay Costs on Customer
For projects far from the city, the customer must pay for travel and, if needed, accommodation for the workers.
Our responsibility is limited to providing skilled labor for tile and marble fixing. We are not responsible for materials or structural issues.
After the tile or marble fixing work is done, cleaning the site is the responsibility of the customer.
If our workers are required to lift, carry, or shift heavy materials like tiles, cement, or marble, extra charges will apply.
If old flooring, walls, or surfaces need to be broken or removed before tile fixing, demolition charges will be added separately.
The worksite should be prepared and clear before our team arrives. Delays in site preparation are the customer’s responsibility.
The customer must cooperate with the workers and provide access to water, electricity, and necessary facilities during the work.
For upper floors, large sites, or risky areas, the customer must arrange safety equipment like scaffolding, safety nets, or supports.
We always try to complete work within the promised time. However, the timeline depends on the worksite conditions and customer cooperation.
Sometimes delays may happen due to weather, late delivery of materials, or sudden site problems. The customer must accept such delays.
If the customer has any complaints, they must report them right away while the work is ongoing. Complaints after the workers leave will not be accepted.
Partial or small payments are not acceptable unless agreed in writing. Payments must follow the agreed schedule.
All rates and charges must be discussed and confirmed by the customer before the start of the work.
Our team will begin work only after the customer has read, understood, and agreed to all these Terms & Conditions.
