GUIDELINES

• In Round 1, abstracts must be submitted through the Google Form based on the given themes.

• A maximum of 4 members can form a team (including the team Leader).

• The use of ChatGPT or other similar tools to create abstracts is prohibited.

• There is no registration fee for participating in Round 1.

• The selected participants will be notified via email on 22nd August 2024 for the Round 2.

• Selected participants for Round 2 will need to pay a registration fee of Rs. 250 online.

• Round 2 will be held at the specified venue.

• Participants will be provided with a conference kit, refreshments, and lunch.

• No accommodations will be provided.
