These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Mova (the “App”) and the Mova website (the “Site”), provided by Appthentic (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the App or Site, you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and your app marketplace terms (e.g., Apple App Store / Google Play terms).
Mova does not require you to create an account. Purchases and subscriptions (if offered) are handled through your marketplace provider’s in-app purchase system.
The app may offer paid features, subscriptions, or other in-app purchases. Current offerings and pricing are displayed in the App and may change prospectively.
Subscriptions (if offered) renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period (rules vary by marketplace).
Manage or cancel subscriptions in your marketplace account settings.
To generate motion graphics, the App transmits your prompts and, if you choose, your media (images/videos) to a third-party AI model provider for processing. Providers may change over time to improve quality and performance. We enable available safety filters to reduce unsafe content.
Your inputs: You retain any rights you have in your prompts and any images/videos you upload. You must have the rights to use any content you provide.
Outputs: To the extent permitted by applicable law, you own the outputs you generate using the App. You are responsible for ensuring your use of outputs does not violate laws or third-party rights (copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, etc.).
Feedback: If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use them to improve Mova.
You agree not to use the App or outputs to:
Violate any law or the rights of others.
Create or disseminate illegal, harmful, or abusive content, including sexual content involving minors, non-consensual explicit content, hate/harassment, incitement of violence, self-harm instructions, malware, or scams.
Upload content you do not have rights to use.
Reverse engineer the App, interfere with services, bypass limits, or attempt unauthorized access.
Safety filters may block certain requests.
Automated: Mova uses automated safety filters provided by the AI model provider.
Human review: We do not perform routine human review of your prompts or media because we do not store them. If you report misuse, we may investigate using non-content technical signals where available.

THE APP AND SITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI OUTPUTS MAY BE INACCURATE, INAPPROPRIATE, OR UNSUITABLE FOR CERTAIN USES; YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING OUTPUTS BEFORE USE OR PUBLICATION.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE APP OR SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID (IF ANY) FOR THE APP OR SUBSCRIPTION IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to comply with law. Upon termination, your rights under these Terms end.
We may update the App or these Terms. Continued use after updates signifies your acceptance. Where legally required, we will provide notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Appthentic is established (or as otherwise required by applicable law). You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts with appropriate jurisdiction.
