Who are we?

MEET VANESSA

Vanessa is vegan at heart who resides in the beautiful twin island of Trinidad and Tobago. Vanessa began her vegan journey in April 2021 and started creating videos on TikTok (@veganfoodtt) to document new ways of cooking and adapting to the vegan lifestyle. It all started as a hobby and her love for cooking and as result, AIM Foods was created.

AIM Foods officially started in August 2022. The mission of AIM Foods is to provide a healthier alternative to consumers. AIM Foods was created to ensure those childhood comfort foods/snacks can be duplicated in a plant based/vegan lifestyle. Being vegan or plant-based does not necessarily mean that we should miss out on our favorite foods, but recreate it with wholesome ingredients.

AIM Foods launched with two products VEGAN Accra and VEGAN Chocolate Cake Mix. Both products are organic, free of preservatives, dairy-free and 100% vegan.
