I am originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico, but I have lived in Indiana all my adult life. My husband RD and I married on December 31, 1994, and have three children - Adam, Melanie, and Rosie. We have lived in Avon, IN, since 1997 and are building a home in North Salem, IN, next door to our son and his wife Angela. I am an active member of North Salem Christian Church and enjoy riding on the back of my husband's motorcycle.Â
I hold a B.A. in Philanthropic Studies from the Lilly Family School of Philanthropy at Indiana University Indianapolis and a certificate in Event Management from the School of Health and Human Sciences Tourism, Event and Sport Management at Indiana University Indianapolis. I use my professional philanthropy and event management skills as the founder and Executive Director of The Melanie and Rosalie Albright Foundation, a 501(c)3, a North Salem Revitalization, Inc board member, and the Volunteer and Progam Coordinator at Teachers' Treasures.
