Welcome to AIME. This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service. Your privacy is important to us and we will only collect, process and use your personal information to provide and improve our services with your consent.

Information Collection and Use

Two types of information we need to collect:

a. In order to provide you with the basic features of this APP, you need to authorize the necessary information we collect and use. If you refuse to provide this type of information, you will not be able to use our APP properly.

b. In order to generate content or save content to your device, we must have access to your hardware device's camera, library/albums, and memory card modifications in order to collect and use the photo data you upload or save. If you refuse to provide this type of information, you will not be able to use the related function properly or achieve the functionality we intend to achieve, but it will not affect your ability to use our basic APP features.

Personal Information

When using some APP features, we may need you to provide us with personal information used to identify you, which may include third-party profiles. The information that we request will be retained on your device and is not collected by us in any way.

Images

When using the generation function of the APP, you are required to voluntarily upload the original portrait images, and we will process the image information for the generation of AI digital Identity. When this part of information is uploaded, we will request you to authorize the camera and photo album permissions. This type of information must be collected in order to provide the service, and we will take strict encryption measures in accordance with the requirements of the law to ensure the security of your information in the process of collecting, transmitting and storing. We only process image, we do not store your face data, nor use it for face recognition purposes, and we do not share your face data with any third-party. Your uploaded Images will be deleted by the system after the service ends.

User Generated Content

“User Generated Content" means material (digital identities and AI photos) voluntarily generated by the User. All user-generated content is associated with the account. We will use user-generated digital identities for generating your AI photos and will not use or share them with any third party. Once the generation task is completed, the user-generated digital identities and AI photos are stored on the user's device and will not be collected by us. You can also delete the digital identities in "Mine - manage identities". Please note that once you choose to delete it, it is not recoverable. When you use the relevant functions, we need to collect your log information during the generation process, including your browsing history, generated images, sharing history, and download history. If you refuse to provide such information, you may not be able to use the above features properly.

Log Data

Whenever you use our Service through our APP, we may automatically record standard data provided by your phone. This may include your device's IP address, device type and version, the configuration of the app when utilizing my Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other usage details. In addition, when an error is encountered during the use of the APP, data about the error and the surrounding situation is automatically collected. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

When you use AIME, cookies (small text files placed on your device that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers) will collect or receive certain information about you and your use of AIME. This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the APP may use third-party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this Service. Please note that we has no access to or control over these cookies that are used by third-party advertisers.

Facial Data Management

Before generating artistic style images, we need you to provide some initial photos for simulating virtual character facial features.

Our facial simulation program will only extract facial features such as the five senses, face shape, and facial layout information from the original images you provide to create an approximate virtual character face.

Once the virtual character's facial information is generated, it will be downloaded and saved exclusively on your device and completely removed from our server. This information is only uploaded and used when you generate style images.

Upon completion of style image generation and your final confirmation, the uploaded virtual character facial information and the generated style images will be immediately and entirely deleted from the server.

Please rest assured that your virtual character facial information will never be used without your knowledge, nor will it be shared with any third parties or organizations.

Data Retention

Your digital identities and AI photos will be stored on your device, and we will not store this personal data as stated in this policy. You can also request the deletion of this information at any time. Please note that after you have confirmed the deletion (methods are available in Your Rights), the content will be deleted from your device and cannot be recovered permanently.

Security

We value your trust in providing us your personal information, therefore we strive to take commercially acceptable security measures (both technical and administrative) to protect your personal information you have provided us from improper use or unauthorized access, public disclosure, use, modification, damage, loss or disclosure. Please remember and understand, due to technological limitations and possible malicious means, however, that no method of Internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% safe and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Your Rights

You can contact us through the means provided at the end of this policy, and after verifying your identity, we will respond to your needs as follows, subject to legal requirements:

a. You have the right to access your personal data and data portability.

b. You have the right to request that the APP correct all inaccurate personal data concerning you.

c. You have the right to withdraw your consent. When you withdraw your authorization, we will no longer process the corresponding personal information. Please note that we may not be able to respond to a request for withdrawal of some personal information, such as information that is necessary for the implementation of basic functions or information that is necessary for us to comply with our obligations under the law.

d. You have the right to cancel your account through sending a request to cancel your account by contacting us.

Once your request is accepted, we will delete all of your data in the APP, including but not limited to all authoring and purchasing history. Once your account is permanently deleted, you will not be able to revoke the "deleted account" or recover your data.

Children’s Privacy

These Services is not intended for anyone under the age of 13(in some cases, this age may vary depending on the legal requirements of your jurisdiction, collectively, the "Minimum User Age"). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the Minimum User Age. In the case we discover that a child under 13 without parental consent has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete that information. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that we may have any information from your child under the minimum user age, please contact us via wa88899910@gmail.com that we will be able to do the necessary actions.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy on this page from time to time. Notices shall be displayed or otherwise communicated to you. Thus, you are advised to visit this page periodically for any changes. If you continue to use the Services within a reasonable time after notification of the update, you will be deemed to have accepted all modifications made.
