This Privacy Policy applies to mobile applications developed and published by AiMan under the package namespace "com.mk.aisuperhero", including but not limited to Bible Calendar, Random Picker, Building Inspection, and other AiMan applications.
AiMan respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our applications access, use, store, and share information. Different applications may provide different features, so some sections of this Privacy Policy may apply only to specific applications.
By using our apps, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect and Process
Most AiMan apps do not require user registration and do not directly collect personally identifiable information.
Some apps may process information that users voluntarily create, enter, select, photograph, import, export, back up, or synchronize in order to provide requested app functionality.
Depending on the app, this may include:
- App settings and preferences
- User-created records
- Notes and descriptions
- Images or photos
- Inspection information
- Floor plans and related marker information
- Backup information
- Other information entered or selected by the user
Where an app provides optional integration with a third-party service such as Google Drive, information may be transmitted to or retrieved from that service only when the user chooses to use that feature.
2. Locally Stored Data
Some AiMan apps store application data locally on the user's device.
Locally stored data normally remains on the user's device unless the user chooses to export, back up, synchronize, or otherwise share that data using an available app feature.
3. Building Inspection
Building Inspection is a building inspection and defect record management application.
Users may voluntarily create and manage information including:
- Inspection titles and descriptions
- Building locations and floors
- Inspection categories
- Status and priority information
- Actions taken and follow-up information
- Inspection and follow-up dates
- Responsible persons, inspectors, technicians, or related user information
- Photos
- Floor plans
- Floor-plan markers and related inspection locations
- Other inspection-related records
This information is used to provide inspection recording, defect management, floor-plan, reporting, backup, and synchronization features requested by the user.
Building Inspection can be used locally without signing in to a Google account or enabling Google Drive Cloud Workspace synchronization.
4. Google Account and Google Drive – Building Inspection
Building Inspection provides an optional Google Drive Cloud Workspace feature.
When a user chooses to enable this feature, Building Inspection uses Google authorization to obtain the permissions necessary to provide Google Drive synchronization and workspace functionality.
Google account authorization is used to allow the user to connect Building Inspection to Google Drive and use the Cloud Workspace feature.
Building Inspection may access, create, read, update, synchronize, and manage files created or selected for its Cloud Workspace as necessary to provide functionality requested by the user.
Google Drive access may be used for features such as:
- Creating or joining a Cloud Workspace
- Uploading inspection records and related files
- Downloading inspection records and related files
- Synchronizing records between authorized devices or users
- Synchronizing and merging changes in a shared workspace
- Backing up and restoring workspace information
- Maintaining files required for operation of the selected Cloud Workspace
- Synchronizing related photos
- Synchronizing floor plans and related inspection information
Google Drive access is requested only when the user chooses to use the Cloud Workspace feature.
Building Inspection does not use Google Drive data for advertising, advertising targeting, credit assessment, or data brokerage.
AiMan does not sell Google user data.
Google user data obtained through Google APIs is not transferred to advertising platforms or data brokers and is not used for personalized or interest-based advertising.
Google Drive data accessed through Google APIs is not used to train general-purpose artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
Building Inspection's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. Shared Google Drive Workspaces
Building Inspection may allow users to share or join Google Drive resources as part of a Cloud Workspace.
If a user chooses to share a workspace with other people, authorized users may be able to view, add, edit, synchronize, or otherwise interact with workspace information according to the permissions and roles available within the app and Google Drive.
Users are responsible for deciding whom they share their workspace with and for granting access only to people they trust.
Building Inspection does not independently provide unrelated third parties with access to a user's Google Drive data.
6. Advertising
Some AiMan apps may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob, including banner, interstitial, or rewarded advertisements.
Google AdMob may process information such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, app interactions, and other information permitted by the user's device settings, consent choices, and applicable law.
AiMan does not use Google Drive Cloud Workspace information for advertising purposes.
Information obtained through Google Drive APIs by Building Inspection is not provided to Google AdMob or other advertising services for personalized advertising, retargeting, or interest-based advertising.
7. Permissions
Some AiMan apps may request device permissions necessary for their intended functionality.
Depending on the app, these permissions or system access requests may include:
- Camera access for taking photos or scanning supported codes
- Photo or media access for selecting or saving images
- File or document access for selecting, importing, exporting, backing up, or restoring files
- Network access for online services, advertising, or synchronization
Permissions and system access are used only to provide the functionality for which they are requested.
8. Photos, Files, and Camera
Some AiMan apps, including Building Inspection, may allow users to take photographs using the device camera or select existing images, documents, or files.
These images and files are used to provide features requested by the user.
Photos and related files may be stored locally on the user's device.
If the user enables Google Drive Cloud Workspace synchronization in Building Inspection, relevant photos, floor plans, inspection records, and workspace files may also be uploaded to and stored within the corresponding workspace in Google Drive.
9. Floor Plans and Inspection Documents
Building Inspection may allow users to import floor plans or related documents and associate inspection items or markers with those plans.
Floor plans and associated inspection information may be processed locally on the user's device to provide functions such as:
- Displaying floor plans
- Placing or displaying inspection markers
- Linking inspection items to locations
- Generating marked floor-plan documents
- Generating reports or exported files
If Google Drive Cloud Workspace synchronization is enabled, relevant floor plans and associated inspection information may also be synchronized with the selected Cloud Workspace.
10. Reports, Exports, and Backups
Some AiMan apps may allow users to create reports, export information, or generate backup files.
Building Inspection may generate files containing inspection information, including reports, spreadsheets, floor-plan documents, or backup data.
These files are created at the user's request.
Once users export, save, share, print, or transfer a generated file outside the application, the handling of that file may also depend on the destination app, service, device, or person selected by the user.
11. Third-Party Services
AiMan apps may use third-party services where necessary to provide app functionality, distribution, synchronization, or advertising.
Depending on the app and features used, these services may include:
- Google Play services
- Google Mobile Ads / AdMob
- Google authorization services
- Google Drive API
These third-party services may process information in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies.

12. Data Sharing
AiMan does not sell users' personal information.
Information may be processed or transferred only where necessary:
- To provide features requested by the user
- Through service providers necessary for app functionality
- When the user intentionally exports, shares, or transfers information
- When the user intentionally shares or joins a Cloud Workspace
- For security, fraud prevention, or abuse investigation
- When required by applicable law or legal process
Google user data obtained through Google APIs is subject to the additional protections described in this Privacy Policy and the Google API Services User Data Policy.
13. Data Security
AiMan takes reasonable measures to protect information handled by our applications.
For Google Drive Cloud Workspace functionality, information is transmitted using Google APIs and associated secure network connections.
Users are responsible for protecting their devices, Google accounts, exported files, and workspace access, and should grant workspace access only to people they trust.
No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
14. Data Retention and Deletion
Locally stored application data remains on the user's device until it is deleted by the user, cleared from the device, removed through available app functions, or removed when the application is uninstalled, subject to the behavior of the operating system and device backup services.
Building Inspection users may delete applicable inspection records and related information through available application functions, subject to the permissions and roles available to the user.
Data synchronized to Google Drive remains in Google Drive until it is deleted by the user or otherwise removed according to the user's Google Drive settings and applicable workspace functionality.
Users may also manage applicable files through Google Drive where permitted by Google Drive.
Building Inspection does not operate a separate central cloud database for storing Google Drive Cloud Workspace inspection records. Cloud Workspace data is stored using Google Drive.
15. Revoking Google Account Access
Users who no longer want Building Inspection to access their Google account can revoke the application's authorization through their Google Account settings.
Revoking authorization prevents future authorized Google Drive access by Building Inspection unless the user authorizes the application again.
Revoking authorization does not automatically delete files already stored in Google Drive.
Users may delete applicable files directly from Google Drive where permitted.
16. Account and Workspace Disconnection
Users may choose to stop using the Google Drive Cloud Workspace feature or disconnect their Google account from Building Inspection where the relevant functionality is available.
Disconnecting an account or workspace does not necessarily delete data previously stored locally or in Google Drive.
Users should delete local or Google Drive data separately if they wish to remove it.
17. Children's Privacy
AiMan apps are designed for their stated target audiences.
AiMan does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Where an application has a specified target audience, applicable Google Play age, content, advertising, and privacy requirements will apply.
18. Changes to This Privacy Policy
AiMan may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our apps, services, legal requirements, or privacy practices.
The latest version will be made available at this Privacy Policy URL.
The "Last updated" date at the top indicates the date of the latest revision.
