The School will be held at the Santa Maria delle Fornaci Hotel in the heart of Rome and just a few steps from St Peter's Basilica and the Vatican City.

To stimulate the discussion between students and lecturers, we strongly encourage the participants to book the room in the same hotel where the conference will be held. The Hotel is staffed 24 hours a day and is fully air conditioned. A free Wi-Fi connection will be offered for all the participants. Coffee-breaks and buffet lunches will be served in the Hotel Restaurant.

Organizers have negotiated special discounted rates for the attendees at the hotel. The option is valid up to November 30^th December 15^th for a limited number of rooms.

• The booking must be accompanied by a credit card as a guarantee. A pre-authorization for the cost of the first night will be taken (temporary block).
• No charge is made on the card and the cancellation is free up to three days before the expected arrival; only in case of cancellation within three days before arrival the first night will be charged.
