Face Data and Image Usage

Since AImage Genie allows photo uploads that may include faces, we want to clearly explain how these are handled:

• Collection: Photos are only provided by you when using AI editing features.

• Use: Uploaded images are converted into a temporary base64 format and processed in real time to generate AI-edited results.

• No Storage: Images are not stored on our servers or the AI servers. They exist only during runtime and are automatically discarded after processing.

• No Biometric Use: We do not extract or store biometric identifiers (e.g., facial recognition data, templates, or tracking information).

• Privacy: Face data is never used for identification, advertising, or profiling.

Purpose of Data Usage

We use collected information solely to:

• Provide AI image editing features.

• Improve app functionality and user experience.

• Fix technical errors and enhance performance.

• Support users when issues arise.

Sharing of Information

Your data may be shared only under these circumstances:

• AI Processing (Temporary): Images are processed in runtime using AI models. They are handled as base64 data streams and never stored on AI servers.

• Analytics/Crash Reporting: Firebase services may collect non-personal information for app improvement.

Security Measures

We apply technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data against unauthorized access or misuse. While we strive for strong protection, no digital system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

• User-uploaded images: Processed only at runtime and automatically discarded immediately after processing (not stored).

• Other personal data (e.g., email for support): Retained only as long as needed for the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law.
