No. Participants have the option to opt-out of display from our media platforms. It is highly recommended as our participants may be highlighted in efforts to promote SOURCE OP programs, services, and activities. For example, students may be featured in materials to highlight youth entrepreneurship and adult literacy provided during professional development to increase public awareness of our outreach program through newspapers, radio, TV, the web, DVDs, displays, brochures, and other media types.

Unfortunately, they are not allowed. Food and liquids are used in most of the programs, and we would like to control cross-contamination or the possibility of food allergies. Participants are allowed to consume untouched food or drinks after the session upon availability remaining.

• The client booked the appointment while logged into their client account; 

• The client booked the appointment before creating a client account but later created an account using the same email address (*After the client verifies their account through the verification email, the appointment appears in their client account);

• See upcoming and past appointments of which they registered;

• See any active package, gift certificate, or subscription codes on their account and what they can be used for;

• Access the Client Scheduling Page to reschedule existing appointments;

• Skip or update intake forms they’ve already filled out; and

• Update or remove credit card information, if they’ve chosen to store it

No. It isn’t possible to reset a client’s password. An incorrect password alert that includes a Forgot your password? link will be sent to the client if the following occurs:

• The client tries to log in on the scheduler app and enters incorrect information

• The client leaves the password field blank, 

Clients who click the link can send a password reset email to their email address.

• 5-business days or more before the confirmed session, you are eligible for a full refund.

• 4-business days before the confirmed session, you are eligible for a 50% refund.

• 3-business days or less before a confirmed session, no refund is available.
