General FAQs

Covid-19 Policy

SOURCE requests that vaccinated and non-vaccinated participants wear masks during sessions as there may be physical contact during the programs.

Do all participants need to sign a media release form to participate?

No. Participants have the option to opt-out of display from our media platforms. It is highly recommended as our participants may be highlighted in efforts to promote SOURCE OP programs, services, and activities. For example, students may be featured in materials to highlight youth entrepreneurship and adult literacy provided during professional development to increase public awareness of our outreach program through newspapers, radio, TV, the web, DVDs, displays, brochures, and other media types.

Are drinks and food allowed during workshops or sessions?

Unfortunately, they are not allowed. Food and liquids are used in most of the programs, and we would like to control cross-contamination or the possibility of food allergies. Participants are allowed to consume untouched food or drinks after the session upon availability remaining.

Is a fee associated with services such as being a public speaker, STEM Host, or STEM Fair Judge?

Contact us for more information.

Does SOURCE accept donations and contributions?

SOURCE Outreach Program does accept donations that will assist in the growth of our organization. Contributions are not limited to monetary donations as we use a variety of materials for our programs.

Do you offer group discounts?

Yes, we do. Due to the price influx of materials, participants, or the need to provide materials for various programs, prices are subject to change.
