Needs Assessment - £500 Deductible from your order

AIM's technical experts provide a unique customer assessment for interested parties. Want to know which AIM bot is best for you? Allow one of our assessment experts to explore the grounds, operation, and technical needs of your business or building for a first-class colsultation on which and how many AIM bots are best for you. As a token of our commitment to you this cost will be deducted from your order.

Purchase or Rental & Installation

Base model AIMBots, (complete with AIMBot Platform features, base model battery, docking stations. Configurable into other variants at added cost)

Both options can be combined with a service & maintenance service

Installation rates rely entirely on the size of your fleet, number of BLE Beacons required, and other factors to be discussed in your needs assessment, but as an indication;

• 1-3 fleet size ~£200 per robot

• 3-10 fleet size ~£100 per robot

• 10+ fleet size ~£50 per robot

BLE Bluetooth Beacons; These are installed FREE of charge. Due to our ability to acquire bulk volumes of beacons we can offer them from £6.99 per beacon. Each Beacon will service large rooms/corridors and they are not needed everywhere. Batteries are cheap, easy to change and last 2+ years.

Controlled 'Exploration' service. Upon installation the engineer will perform a controlled exploration of the hospital so the AIMBot can learn and build a model of the hospital in safe manner. For very large institutions, this may take longer than the initial day and a further £100/day will be charged to perform this if necessary.

Training Session: £2,999 per person

We offer training programmes, where your staff can learn how to maintain AIMBots, perform upgrades and troubleshoot any issues. Sessions also provide training and reference materials that your staff can keep.

After an initial course, staff can take refresh or updated courses as we develop more upgrades for the AIMBot platform at a reduced price of £899

Our robots are never built with proprietary tools/ I/O so as to ensure your trained professional can maintain them.

Maintenance

We offer service packages, or charge for individual callouts. This may be for customers that are not enrolled into a service package as they have trained their own staff.

• £300 per callout. (additional parts costs if necessary)

• Reduced to £150 if your staff have already trained with us and cannot perform the maintenance themselves

Full service package (zero callout cost)

• £99 per robot per year for 1-4 robots.

• £75 per robot per year for 5-10 robots

• £49 per robot per year 10+. (guidelines)
