These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile game Aim or Die (package name: com.LvlForge.AimOrDie) provided by LvlForge ("we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable app store rules.
You may use the Game only in compliance with applicable laws.
If you are below the legal age required to agree to these Terms in your jurisdiction, you may use the Game only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You agree not to:
Copy, distribute, sell, lease, or commercially exploit the Game except as permitted by law
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where allowed by law
Cheat, exploit bugs, use automation, or interfere with gameplay systems
Use the Game in any unlawful manner or violate the rights of others
We may modify, update, rebalance, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Game at any time without notice.
We do not guarantee that the Game or any feature will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
The Game may include:
Rewarded ads (optional)
Interstitial ads
Banner ads
App open ads
Rewarded ads are part of gameplay and may provide in-game benefits such as rewards, retries, or boosts.
The Game may offer optional in-app purchases.
All payments are processed by Google Play or the applicable platform
We do not collect or store your payment details
Prices may change at any time before purchase
Virtual items and in-game benefits have no real-world monetary value and are not redeemable for cash unless required by law
The "Go VIP" / Remove Ads purchase is a non-consumable product intended to remove non-rewarded ads, including:
Banner ads
Interstitial ads
App open ads (if enabled)
Important: Rewarded ads are not removed, as they are part of the Game’s optional reward system.
Previously purchased items may be restored through your app store account, subject to platform rules.
The Game, including all content such as code, graphics, audio, and design, is owned by or licensed to LvlForge and protected by intellectual property laws.
You are granted a license to use the Game, not ownership.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
We disclaim all warranties, including:
Merchantability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LvlForge and its partners will not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of data, progress, revenue, or profits
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Game if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the Game or users.
You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it.
We may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will include a new effective date.
Continued use of the Game means you accept the updated Terms.
