# AI Logo Maker: Brand Design - Terms & Conditions

## 1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the AI Logo Maker: Brand Design application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
## 2. Description of Service
AI Logo Maker: Brand Design is a mobile graphic design and branding application that allows you to:
- Generate brand concepts and logos using the AI Brand Wizard
- Explore and customize templates across multiple industries
- Edit text, fonts, colors, icons, backgrounds, and shapes
- Save drafts to your portfolio and bookmark favorites
- Export designs in high resolution (HD) without watermarks
### 2.1 Free Plan
- Access to limited design functionality and standard templates
- Limited number of local saves (e.g., 5 saves)
- Standard resolution exports with potential watermarks
### 2.2 Pro Premium
- Unlimited AI logo generation and unrestricted saves
- Access to all 96+ premium templates and tools
- High-definition (HD) exports at 1024px, 2048px, or 4096px
- Clean exports with no watermarks for professional use
### 2.3 Payment & Renewal
- Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account via the App Store.
- Available plans: Weekly and Annual.
- Weekly or Annual plans may include a free trial. After the trial period, subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
### 2.4 Cancellation
- You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings or the App Store.
- No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of a subscription period.
## 3. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Use the App to create offensive, harmful, or legally inappropriate logos/trademarks
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
## 4. Intellectual Property
- The App, including its design, AI logic, features, code, and content, is owned by our development team and is protected by intellectual property laws.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App.
- **Logos you generate and export using Pro Tools** are permitted for your personal and commercial business use, assuming you maintain full compliance with these terms. We do not lay claim to your finalizing exported brand visuals.
## 5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
- The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- AI Generations will meet your specific aesthetic requirements or guarantee trademark eligibility
## 6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of data, logo drafts, or brand assets
- Inability to access or use the App
- Trademark disputes arising from generated assets
## 7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
## 8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
