These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") apply to the AI Lie Detector app (hereafter referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices, created by the "Service Provider." By downloading or using the Application, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. License Grant

1.1. The Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
1.2. You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Application.
1.3. All rights not expressly granted to you under this Agreement are reserved by the Service Provider.

2. Subscription Service

2.1. Subscription Plans:
The Application offers auto-renewable subscriptions with the following plans:

• Weekly Subscription: Unlimited access to features for 7 days.

• Monthly Subscription: Unlimited access to features for 1 month.

• Yearly Subscription: Unlimited access to features for 12 months.

2.2. Free Trial Period:

• New users are eligible for a 3-day free trial to access premium features.

• The free trial period starts immediately after subscription confirmation.

• If you do not cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically renew, and your account will be charged based on your chosen plan.

• Any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

2.3. Terms of Subscription:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.

• Access to lie detection, stress level analysis, and emotional state features requires a subscription.

• You can manage or cancel your subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

3. Data Collection and Processing

3.1. The Application does not collect personal information (e.g., name, email) as it does not require login or account creation.
3.2. The following non-personal data may be collected through third-party services:

• Device Information: Device model, operating system, and app version.

• Usage Data: Statistics on feature usage and session duration for analytics and troubleshooting purposes.

3.3. Third-Party Services Used:

• Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics: For usage statistics and crash reporting.

• RevenueCat: For managing subscriptions and in-app purchases.

3.4. These services may process device and usage data to provide insights and ensure service quality. Please refer to their respective privacy policies for more details.

4. User Responsibility

By using the Application, you agree to:
4.1. Use the Application in compliance with applicable laws.
4.2. Not attempt to bypass or tamper with technical security measures.
4.3. Secure your device and avoid jailbreaking or rooting, which may compromise the Application’s functionality.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1. The Application and all related content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of the Service Provider and are protected by intellectual property laws.
5.2. You may not remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices incorporated in or accompanying the Application.

6. Payments and Refunds

6.1. All payments are processed through the App Store. Refunds are subject to the App Store’s policies.
6.2. The Service Provider does not directly handle payments or provide refunds.

7. Modifications to the Application

7.1. The Service Provider reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Application at any time.
7.2. Changes to subscription plans will be communicated in advance.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

8.1. The Application is provided "as is" and is intended for entertainment purposes only.
8.2. The Service Provider does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of the results and is not liable for damages arising from its use.
8.3. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service Provider disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. The Service Provider will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Application.
9.2. In no event shall the Service Provider’s total liability exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing or using the Application.

10. Termination

10.1. The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate your access to the Application without prior notice if you violate these Terms.
10.2. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and delete all copies.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

11.1. These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically.
11.2. Continued use of the Application after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

12.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction].
