Aikokan Dojo
Started in 1998 by, Hikaru Kondo, a graduate of the National Sports Education University, Aikokan Dojo strives to teach correct kendo. From pre-school children all the way up to adults, anybody is welcome to join our practise.
About the head teacher
Hikaru Kondo, kyoshi 7th dan
Started kendo as a pre-schooler, under Ozawa Takeshi sensei (hanshi 9th dan) at Kobukan in Tokyo.
Graduated from Nittai-Ebara High School, and entered the National Sports University.
After graduation, he became a teacher at elementary and senior high schools. During this time entered the Onaha Itto Ryu school under Sasamori-soke.
Currently, Kondo sensei is continuing his research of Japanese sword practise and the use of the shinai, and teaches (exercise methodology, major budo etc) at the National Sports University.

Fees
Children - 5000 yen per month
Adults - 20,000 yen per year (plus one time 10,000 registration)
