Welcome to AI Kitchen Chef | Food Recipes! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the AI Kitchen Chef | Food Recipes mobile application (the “App”), which allows you to upload ingredient photos or manually enter ingredients and receive AI-generated recipes.

By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

2. License to Use the App

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your mobile device for personal, non-commercial use.

• Appropriate Content: You are solely responsible for the content you provide through the App, including ingredient photos and manual entries. You agree not to upload or enter any content that is illegal, offensive, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

4. AI-Generated Recipes

• The App uses AI to generate recipes based on the ingredients you provide. While we strive to ensure accuracy, the results may vary, and we cannot guarantee the effectiveness, safety, or suitability of any recipe for your specific needs or preferences.

• You are responsible for verifying the ingredients, preparation methods, and any potential food allergies or dietary restrictions before preparing any recipe.

5. Privacy

We value your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data when you use the App.

6. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not operated by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for any loss or damage caused by your use of any third-party services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided through the App, including but not limited to text, images, AI-generated recipes, logos, and software, are owned or licensed by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our express written consent.

8. Disclaimers

• No Medical Advice: The App does not provide medical, nutritional, or dietary advice. The recipes generated are for general informational purposes only, and you should consult a healthcare professional if you have any health concerns or specific dietary needs.

• No Guarantee of Results: While the App provides AI-generated recipes, we do not guarantee the accuracy, suitability, or safety of the recipes for your particular needs. You are solely responsible for verifying the ingredients and preparation methods.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim any and all liability for damages, including indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, any errors or inaccuracies in the recipes generated, and any harm caused by the preparation or consumption of the recipes.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Kitchen Chef | Food Recipes, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease, and you must delete the App from your device.

12. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. Your continued use of the App after any changes to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Latvia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Latvia.
