We encourage early-stage researchers, i.e., Master's students, PhD students, and PostDocs, to submit a poster contribution on the wide-ranging themes of Artificial Intelligence and Knowledge Graphs related to the Processing and Management of Scholarly Data. We welcome submissions focusing on AI for Research. You may present your finished or ongoing work.Â
Please submit your poster abstract by June 19, 2026, using the template (Arial 11pt). The document must be uploaded as a PDF file via EasyChair. Accepted participants will be able to attend the Summer School and present their posters to peers and experts in the mentioned fields. The goal of the session is to discuss your research, methods, and data management to receive valuable feedback and form lasting connections within the community. Please note that an accepted poster is a requirement to participate in the Summer School. Posters will be assigned a DOI and published open access. Moreover, the audience will vote for the best poster, which will be awarded at the end of the event.
Abstract submissions via EasyChair.
Participants will be provided with a participation certificate. Members of the Leuphana Graduate School might be eligible to receive 5 ECTS for their participation. Please inquire with the head of your doctoral research group ahead of time! In case of eligibility, participants will have to additionally attend a preparation and a follow-up session to meet the credit requirements (see Appendix 1 Doctoral Regulations / Anlage 1 Promotionsordnung).
It is very important to us that students and researchers from diverse backgrounds, regions, and funding situations can participate in our event. Thanks to the NFDI4DS, during the 2024 Summer School, we supported six participants, both from within and outside Germany, with funds for accommodation and travel.
For this year, we are actively looking for funds to give DEI grants to eligible participants.
