Delete Your AIIVITA Account
AIIVITA users can permanently delete their account directly from within the AIIVITA mobile app.
Delete your account in the app
Open AIIVITA and sign in.
Go to Profile.
Open Settings.
Tap Delete Account.
Review the deletion notice and confirm the request.
Deleting your account permanently deletes your AIIVITA account and all associated personal data, including your medications, reminder schedules, prescription records, symptom logs, adherence history, profile information, and any other data stored in your AIIVITA account.
This action cannot be undone.
