Photo Processing and Third-Party Services
When you use the AI room redesign feature, the photos you upload may contain personal or identifiable elements. These images are processed as follows:
Replicate API: Room images are sent securely to Replicate’s AI services for transformation and automatically deleted after 24 hours
Firebase Storage: Uploaded images are temporarily stored in Firebase Storage during processing and automatically deleted after 24 hours
Temporary Processing Only: No facial recognition, biometric extraction, or identity detection is performed
We do not retain or store any photo after it has been processed

2. Function of the App
AI Home Design: Room Magic allows users to upload room images and generate AI-transformed interior designs based on selected styles. It is a creative tool designed for entertainment, inspiration, and visualization purposes only. The app is not intended for professional design services or architectural decision-making.
3. How We Use Your Information
Image Usage
Your uploaded photo is transmitted to the Replicate API and automatically deleted after 24 hours
Images are temporarily stored in Firebase during processing and deleted after 24 hours
We do not perform identification, classification, or data analysis
The app acts solely as a gateway to AI services and does not retain content
No personal data is analyzed, stored, or shared by the app
4. Data Sharing and Third Parties
Your uploaded photos are only shared with:
Replicate API: For AI image generation
Firebase Storage: For temporary processing
We do not share, sell, or transfer your data to any other third parties under any circumstances.
5. Data Retention
Our App
We do not retain any photos, room images, or user-related data
All photos are used only temporarily and never stored after processing
Third-Party Services
Replicate API and Firebase automatically delete your images after 24 hours

6. Data Security
We do not collect or store any personal or sensitive user data
Image processing is done through secure, encrypted connections
Payments and subscriptions are managed solely through Apple’s secure systems
7. App Permissions
AI Home Design: Room Magic may request the following limited permissions:
Photo Library Access: To allow the user to select an image to upload
Camera Access (optional): Only if the user chooses to take a live photo
The app does not access:
Files, media, or documents beyond selected images
Contacts, microphone, or background sensors
8. Subscription Handling
All payment and subscription activities are managed securely by:
Apple In-App Purchase system
Adapty SDK (for managing subscription status)
The app does not access your Apple ID, billing information, or payment data directly.
To manage your subscription:
Go to iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
9. Your Rights
Since we do not store any user data within the app, there is no data to access, modify, or delete from our side. If you have concerns about your photos being processed by third-party services, you should review their privacy policies or contact them directly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the app or relevant legal requirements. The current version is always visible here with the “Last updated” date shown above.
