By downloading or using Interior Design AI - Home (the "app"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, we respectfully advise that you discontinue use of the App. We may update these terms periodically, and if we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the app after any changes means you accept the revised terms.
No Account Needed: You can use Interior Design AI - Home without creating an account or providing personal information. Enjoy the app anonymously – simply download it and start designing!
Global Availability: Our app is available in all countries and regions supported by the Apple App Store. No matter where you live, you should be able to download and use Interior Design AI - Home.
Permitted Use: Use this app for personal projects, home renovations, professional design work, or any other creative purpose. There is no restriction on using the design images generated by the app in your own projects, whether for fun or for business. We built Interior Design AI - Home to inspire creativity, so feel free to use it in ways that help you design your spaces.
Responsible Use: Please use the app responsibly. That means do not use it for anything illegal, offensive, or harmful. Do not upload any content that infringes on others' rights or privacy. Also, do not attempt to misuse, hack, or disrupt the app's services or other users. We want the experience to be safe and positive for everyone.
Your Content: If you upload or provide any photos or content to the app (for example, a photo of your room to redesign), you retain ownership of that content. We do not claim any ownership over your original images. You simply give us permission to process and modify your images for the purpose of generating designs (nothing more).
AI-Generated Designs: The interior design images and ideas generated by the app for you are yours to use freely. You may save them, share them, and use them in any personal or commercial project as you wish. We do not claim copyright or ownership over the designs we generate for you. However, because these designs are created by an AI algorithm, we cannot guarantee that the same or similar design won't be generated for another user. In other words, the outputs are based on your inputs and choices, but they are not guaranteed to be one-of-a-kind.
Our App Materials: All other elements of the app are owned by us (the developers) or our licensors. This includes the app's software code, design, algorithms, text, logos, and branding. Using Interior Design AI - Home does not give you ownership of these elements. Please do not copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from our app or its content (aside from your own designs). Respecting our intellectual property helps us continue to offer and improve the service.
Important: The design ideas and images provided by Interior Design AI - Home are intended as inspiration and guidance. They may not always be accurate or suitable for direct implementation. Always use your own judgment and, if needed, consult a professional (such as a licensed interior designer, architect, or contractor) before making significant structural changes or investments based on the app's outputs.
Not Professional Advice: While we aim to provide helpful design suggestions, the app's output is not professional architectural or engineering advice. The app should not be your sole resource for critical decisions. For any structural, safety, or regulatory matters, please consult qualified professionals.
No Warranty: We provide Interior Design AI - Home on an "as is" and "as available" basis. This means we make no specific promises that the app will be perfect or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim any warranties (express or implied) about the app's performance and reliability. We cannot guarantee that the app will meet all your expectations, but we certainly hope it inspires you!
Accuracy Not Guaranteed: AI-generated designs are creative suggestions. We strive for realistic and relevant results, but we do not guarantee that every design or idea generated will be 100% accurate, realistic, or suitable for your exact situation. For example, a visualized piece of furniture might not fit perfectly in your actual room, or a color scheme might look different in reality. Use the results as a starting point for exploration, not as a definitive plan.
Limitation of Liability: By using this app, you agree that we will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of Interior Design AI - Home. In plain terms, if something doesn't work as expected or you experience any loss or damage using the app or relying on a design, we are not responsible for those outcomes, except to the extent that applicable law requires. Your use of the app is at your own risk.
You are free to stop using Interior Design AI - Home at any time. We hope you continue to find it useful, but you can uninstall or discontinue use with no obligations.
Similarly, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app if you seriously violate these Terms. We would typically only do this in cases of misuse, abuse, illegal activity, or other violations that jeopardize our services or other users. If that happens, we may terminate your use of the app without prior notice. (For example, if someone attempts to hack the app or use it to spread malicious content, we would take action to protect everyone.)
We truly hope to never have any disputes with our users. However, if you have a concern or issue, please reach out to us first. Most problems can be resolved quickly through communication, and we are committed to finding a friendly resolution whenever possible.
If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and we agree to resolve it through binding arbitration rather than going to court. Arbitration is a simpler, private way to settle disputes:
Arbitration Process: In arbitration, a neutral third-party arbitrator (not a judge) will listen to both of us and make a decision. The arbitrator's decision is binding and enforceable, just like a court order, but the process is less formal and often faster than a lawsuit.
Individual Cases Only: You and we agree that any dispute will be handled on an individual basis. This means no class actions – we each resolve any issues one-on-one. You won't group your claim with others, and we won't group ours.
Opt-Out Option: Arbitration is encouraged to simplify dispute resolution, but it is not mandatory. You have the right to opt out of the arbitration agreement if you notify us in writing within 30 days of first agreeing to these terms (which usually means within 30 days of your first use of the app). If you opt out, or in the event arbitration cannot be enforced, then any dispute would be handled by the courts (located in an appropriate jurisdiction), but still only on an individual basis and not as a class action.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Country/Region] (i.e., the jurisdiction where our company is established), except where local laws require otherwise. We include an arbitration clause and choose a governing law to make resolving any legal issues as straightforward as possible.
