AI Health Tracker
Last Updated: May 29, 2026
Your health data stays on your device by default. We are built around data minimization: the health information you enter is not sent to our servers unless you explicitly turn on cloud sync or a third-party integration. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
This Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures for the collection, use, and disclosure of your information when you use the Service, and explains your privacy rights and how the law protects you.
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Application: The "AI Health Tracker" mobile application provided by the Company.
Company (we, us, our): The developer of this mobile application. Under the GDPR, the Company is the Data Controller.
Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual.
Service: The Application.
Service Provider: Any natural or legal person who processes data on behalf of the Company (e.g., third-party analytics tools).
Usage Data: Data collected automatically, generated either by use of the Service or by the Service infrastructure itself (e.g., the duration of a page visit).
While using the Service, you may provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including:
General information: gender and age.
Health metrics: weight, height, blood pressure, blood glucose, and heart rate.
Important note on health data. We prioritize data minimization. Health data you enter is not transmitted to, or stored on, our servers by default. Such data is considered collected by the Company only if and when you explicitly enable cloud synchronization or third-party integrations.
Usage Data is collected automatically when you use the Service, helping us improve app stability (crash diagnostics) and the user experience. This may include:
Device information: IP address, unique device identifiers, hardware model, operating system (e.g., Android version), and screen resolution.
Location & locale: time zone, language settings, and country/region.
App activity: pages visited, time spent on pages, and other diagnostic data.
To support its core features and stable operation, the Application may request access to the following categories of device permissions:
Network & Connectivity
Access the internet for core functionality, synchronize health data and logs, and support analytics and service improvement.
Notifications & Alerts
Deliver health reminders and logging prompts, send important feature updates, and display notification badges on the app icon.
Foreground & Background Execution
Allow essential features to run reliably, ensure timely reminders and notifications, and prevent interruptions during active tracking or logging.
Camera Access
Enable the optional camera-based heart rate feature, which detects fingertip color changes related to blood flow. Used only when you actively choose this feature.
Physical Activity Recognition
Detect motion and activity patterns to support activity-related health tracking and insights.
Location (Approximate & Precise)
Support location-related health features and enable regional or contextual analytics to improve functionality, where applicable.
Battery Optimization Management
Request exemption from battery optimizations so background operation stays reliable and reminders are not delayed or missed.
App & Device Status
Check network status and basic system conditions to support diagnostics, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Advertising & Attribution
Measure installation sources and performance and understand how users discover the App, without directly identifying individuals.
App Badge & Launcher Integration
Display notification counts or badges on the app icon and support launcher-specific badge behavior across device manufacturers.
We may engage third-party companies and individuals (“Service Providers”) to facilitate the Service, provide the Service on our behalf, or help us analyze how it is used.
These third parties may access your Personal Data only to perform tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

For business transfers, to evaluate or conduct a merger, divestiture, restructuring, or sale of assets.
For analytics, using third-party tools (Google Analytics, Adjust, Firebase) to analyze traffic and improve the App. These tools do not capture your specific health vitals or personal privacy data; they track usage patterns.
For monetization, partnering with third-party advertising networks (such as Google AdMob, AppLovin, and Unity Ads) to display advertisements. As with analytics, these partners do not access your sensitive personal health metrics. They primarily use industry-standard identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID) to serve relevant content, limit ad repetition, and ensure technical stability. You can manage or opt out of personalized advertising at any time via your device settings.
We take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect your data and maintain its confidentiality, integrity, and availability, using a combination of administrative, technical, and physical safeguards against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. This applies primarily to Usage Data and any Personal Data you choose to sync or share with the Company.
These measures may include, where appropriate, access controls, data minimization practices, secure storage solutions, and internal policies governing data handling and access by authorized personnel. Your data may be stored and processed on secure servers operated by the Company or by trusted third-party service providers acting on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to use commercially reasonable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security, and you provide your data and use the Service at your own risk. We encourage you to protect your device and personal information, including by using device-level security features and keeping your software up to date.
We process Personal Data under the following conditions pursuant to the GDPR:
Consent: you have given consent for processing for one or more specific purposes (e.g., connecting to HealthKit).
Legitimate interests: processing is necessary for the legitimate interests pursued by the Company (e.g., analytics to improve the App).
Legal obligation: processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the Company is subject.
