This Privacy Policy applies to AI Health Pulse (referred to as "we", "us", or "our"). Throughout this policy, our products and services are collectively referred to as the "Service." By using the Service, you agree to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of the Service.
Information We Collect
When you install the Service on your device and register with AI Health Pulse, we may collect personally identifiable information. We may also gather and store data about how you and other users interact with the Service and our websites. This information helps us better understand usage patterns and improve the overall user experience.
In the event of a crash or system error, we may collect diagnostic data to help us fix and improve the Service. These reports typically do not include personally identifiable information, though such information may be collected unintentionally. Reports may include details such as your device type and version, device identifier, the time of the error, and the feature being used at the time. This data is used solely for troubleshooting and enhancing the stability of future updates.
Sharing Your Information
We do not rent or sell your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as described in this Privacy Policy.
Who We Share Your Information With
We may share your information—including data collected via cookies, log files, device identifiers, and location data—with third-party partners who help us deliver and improve the Service ("Service Providers"). These partners are only granted access to your information as necessary to perform their services and are required to keep it confidential.
We may also share aggregated or anonymized data with third parties such as advertisers or investors. For example, we might share statistics like the number of users on our platform. This information does not contain any personally identifiable details and is used only to enhance our offerings and services.
In some instances, we may remove personally identifiable elements from your data (anonymize it) and combine it with other information before sharing it in an aggregated form.
Parties with Whom You May Choose to Share Your User Content
Any information or content you voluntarily choose to share or post on the Service—such as User Content—becomes publicly accessible. This functionality allows content, such as random videos, to be visible while still offering control to avoid inappropriate exposure. Once shared or made public, your User Content may be redistributed by others.
How We Use the Information We Collect
We use—or may disclose—your personal information under the following circumstances:
To verify your identity.
To grant access to specific features of the Service, including any Premium features (see our Terms of Use for more details).
To send you administrative messages, alerts, and other communications related to your use of the Service.
To contact you via email, SMS, or other communication channels regarding new products, services, or promotions offered by AI Health Pulse (you may opt out at any time by emailing contact@hk-cohesion.com).
For internal purposes such as troubleshooting, analytics, testing, research, service improvement, and fraud prevention.
When required by applicable law, legal process, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary for law enforcement, national security, or other matters of public interest.
To protect our legal rights and property, including enforcing our Terms of Use and other applicable agreements.
Data Access and Deletion
You have control over the data you share within the Service. You can adjust your sharing settings through the app or your device’s privacy controls. If you no longer wish to use the Service, you may uninstall it at any time.
Should you choose to delete your account, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to remove your data from our servers. However, AI Health Pulse is not responsible for any subsequent use or misuse of information that you may have previously shared with others.
Payment Information
If you purchased a subscription through the App’s website and wish to cancel via our support chat or contact form, we may request one of the following for verification:
The email address used during the subscription purchase
The payment receipt number
The unique invoice ID
Contact Information
When you reach out to us via email or the in-app support form, you may provide contact details (e.g., your name and email address) along with the content of your message. This information is collected, stored, and processed by our cloud service provider to assist us in responding to your inquiry, fulfilling requests, and providing the services or information you’ve asked for.
Information Collected Automatically
With your consent, we use third-party tools (e.g., analytics and advertising technologies) to process information transmitted by your device while using the App—such as Apple’s Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) or Android’s Advertising ID. These tools may automatically process personal data, including profiling, to help us understand or predict your preferences, interests, behavior, location, or movement (see Section IV for full details). Automatic processing begins once you grant permission for the App to track activity; you may withdraw this consent at any time by following the opt-out instructions in Section VIII.
Additionally, we may process non-personal device or usage data based on our legitimate interests. This information, typically aggregated and not linked to individual users, helps us analyze performance, enhance features, and optimize the overall user experience.
Device Details
When you access our App using a mobile device (tablet, phone, or smartwatch), certain information about your device is collected, including device identifiers. These are small data files or similar structures associated with your device that uniquely identify it, but do not personally identify you. Device identifiers help generate usage reports or deliver personalized content and third-party ads.
Device Information: We may collect data about your device, such as its type, operating system and version, model and manufacturer, screen size, screen density, orientation, audio volume, battery level and status, loading time, latency, framerate, and memory usage.
Internet Connection Information: This includes your mobile carrier, network provider, network type, IP address, session timestamps and duration, connection speed, and browser type.
Location Information: We may collect location data such as your IP address, country code, region, state, or city associated with your SIM card or device, as well as your language setting, time zone, and nearby commercial points of interest (e.g., “coffee shop”).
Other Device Identifiers: This may include user identifiers set by the App developer.
App Information: We may collect the name of the application, its API key (application identifier), version, and properties. Some services may also collect a list of installed or running applications and processes for automated analysis.
Cookies and Similar Technologies: When you use the App, cookies and similar technologies (e.g., pixels, web beacons, scripts) may be used. A cookie is a small text file stored on your device when you access the App, which is sent back to our servers during subsequent use. This helps us better understand user behavior—such as which sections are accessed and which ads or links are clicked. This aggregated data improves our marketing strategies and helps tailor content to your interests. Third-party advertisers may also use cookies or similar technologies to deliver ads or services via the App.
Log File Information: Log files are automatically generated each time you access the App or when it is installed. Analytics tools may record data such as when you start and stop using the App, and how you interact with its features.
Ad-Related Information: Data may be collected regarding ads shown to you, including the date and time they appear, whether they were clicked or led to a conversion, ad type (e.g., image, text, video), content, placement within the App, and your interactions with them.
In-App Events: We automatically collect information about your usage, such as completed tutorials, level progression, payments, in-app purchases, custom events, and how you limit data processing (e.g., privacy settings).
Please note that data automatically collected by advertising and analytics tools is often outside our direct control. These third-party services may engage in user profiling and may infer information about you or your device using methods beyond our responsibility. For example, if your user ID is linked to your Facebook account, Facebook may associate your device information with other demographic data in its database (e.g., age, gender). We do not control or take responsibility for how third parties process such information collected through their own means, and any requests regarding your personal data should be directed to them.
What Data May Be Processed
Device Information: Type, OS and version, model, manufacturer, screen details, audio settings, battery, and memory usage.
Internet Connection: Carrier, network type, IP address, session timing, speed, and browser.
Other Identifiers: User identifiers assigned by the App developer.
Service Providers
In some instances, AI Health Pulse may use third-party providers to deliver certain App-related services. These providers may access your personal information solely to perform services on our behalf. For example, during registration, your phone number or email may be shared with third-party SMS or email services for authentication purposes. We require all service providers to use your data only as needed to fulfill the requested services and to implement adequate security measures. This Privacy Policy does not govern the data practices of those third-party providers.
Opt-Out – Promotional Communications
You may opt out of receiving promotional emails from AI Health Pulse and its partners at any time. To do so, follow the unsubscribe instructions included in the email, or contact us directly at contact@hk-cohesion.com.
Security
At AI Health Pulse, your privacy and data security are fundamental to our mission. We utilize robust safeguards to protect the personally identifiable information (PII) you entrust to us. Access to such data is strictly limited to personnel—including employees, contractors, agents, and authorized third-party partners—who require it to operate, enhance, or support our Services.
To ensure continued protection, we apply various security protocols such as password authentication, audit trails, and system activity monitoring. These measures help to detect and prevent unauthorized access.
That said, no method of data transmission over the Internet or method of digital storage is entirely secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security against possible breaches, loss, or misuse.
Age Requirements
Our Service is intended for individuals who are 13 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected such data, we will act promptly to delete it from our systems. If changes to this policy occur in the future, we will obtain verifiable parental consent before collecting any information from users under 13.
Notification of Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any modifications will be posted via the appropriate channels, such as our website or app. Your continued use of the Service following such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
For material changes, we may also notify you through prominent in-app notices or direct communication (e.g., email). If you do not agree with the updated policy, we recommend discontinuing your use of the Service.

If you wish to exercise any of your data protection rights, you can reach out to us at: contact@hk-cohesion.com. We strive to respond to all valid requests within one month of receipt. If your request is complex or involves multiple issues, our response period may extend to a maximum of three months, as permitted by Article 12 of the GDPR.

You can withdraw your consent at any time, as outlined in Article 7 of the GDPR. Once withdrawn, we will stop processing the data associated with your consent, unless legal obligations require us to retain it. Please note that withdrawing consent may lead to the loss of access to the Service.
Additionally, under Article 18, you may request restrictions on data processing under certain circumstances. When processing is restricted, your data will only be used with your consent or for legal reasons such as defending a claim or protecting public interest.
5. Right to Data Portability
In accordance with Article 20 of the GDPR, you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format and transfer it to another service provider, where the processing is based on your consent or a contract.
