The App includes an AI-based companion (“AI Girlfriend”). Responses are generated automatically by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or inappropriate.
The AI companion is intended for entertainment and companionship purposes only.
The App does not provide medical, legal, financial, or mental health advice. You should not rely on AI responses as professional advice.
Do not use the App for emergencies. If you are in danger or need urgent help, contact local emergency services immediately.
Do not share sensitive personal information in the chat (such as passwords, OTPs, banking details, government IDs, or private medical information).
The App may allow you to submit content such as text, messages, or images (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content.
By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited license to process and transmit that content solely for the purpose of operating the App, generating AI responses, ensuring security, and enforcing these Terms.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and your use of the App.
Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy.
The App may use third-party services such as AI processing providers, cloud hosting, and payment processors to provide functionality. Your chat messages may be securely transmitted to third-party AI providers to generate responses.
If the App offers subscriptions or in-app purchases:
Payments are processed through your Apple ID via the App Store.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings after purchase.
Prices and availability may change, and we may offer promotional pricing from time to time.
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
The App, including its software, design, trademarks, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, distribute, or use our intellectual property except as allowed under these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms, misuse the App, or create security or legal risk.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

We do not guarantee the App will always be available, secure, or error-free.
We do not guarantee AI responses will be accurate or suitable for your needs.
Your use of the App is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including reliance on AI-generated content.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Your violation of any law or third-party rights
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted in the App or on our website. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
