Ai Girlfriend (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the mobile application Ai Girlfriend (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect information when you use the App.
By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
App name: Ai Girlfriend
Bundle ID: com.aigirlfriend.virtuallove
Developer / Data controller: UltraTech Apps
Contact email: dworarena@gmail.com
Ai Girlfriend is an AI-powered companion experience. Conversations are generated by artificial intelligence, not a real person. The App is intended for users aged 18 and older only.
The App is not a medical, mental health, legal, or crisis service. If you are in danger or need urgent help, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.
Depending on how you use the App, we may collect:
Account information — if you sign in with Apple, Google, or email/password through Firebase Authentication; or an anonymous guest identifier if you continue without linking an account.
Profile information — display name, pet name/nickname, optional birthday, job, city, timezone, free-text “about me,” and a profile photo you choose.
Onboarding choices — personality quiz answers, language preference, and notification preferences.
Chat content — messages you send and AI companion replies, including optional images shown in chat (companion photos are app assets, not photos of you unless you send them).
Memories — facts the App may save from your conversations so the companion can remember details you share (for example hobbies, preferences, or life events you mention).
Relationship data — progress such as experience points, relationship level, streaks, message counts, gifts sent, and companion selection.
Voice input (Premium) — if you use voice messages, audio is recorded on your device and sent for transcription (see Section 5).
Support / feedback — information you send if you contact us.
We may automatically collect:
Device and app data — device type, operating system, app version, language, and general usage events.
Diagnostics — crash reports and error logs to improve stability.
Analytics — app events (for example onboarding steps, feature usage, reported messages) via Firebase Analytics.
Advertising-related data (where applicable) — on supported platforms, advertising partners may collect device identifiers and ad interaction data subject to your consent settings. On iOS, we may request App Tracking Transparency permission before certain tracking uses.
Purchase status — subscription or in-app purchase status through Apple and our paywall provider (Superwall).
The App asks you to confirm you are 18 or older using a date-of-birth check. We use this only to verify eligibility. We do not permanently store your full date of birth after verification; we store only that age verification was completed.
We use information to:
Provide and operate the App, including chat, companion matching, photos, voice features, gifts, streaks, and relationship progression.
Generate AI responses using third-party AI services.
Remember context across sessions (memories, profile facts, relationship state).
Back up and restore your relationship data when you sign in with a linked account (see Section 6).
Send local notifications and, if you allow, system push notifications for check-ins and re-engagement.
Process subscriptions and purchases.
Show advertisements on supported platforms for non-subscribers.
Monitor performance, fix bugs, prevent abuse, and improve features.
Comply with law and enforce our terms.
We do not sell your personal information in the traditional sense. Some analytics and advertising partners may process data under their own policies (see Section 5).

Guest users: chat is stored primarily on your device.
Signed-in users: chat history, relationship data, memories, and profile may be synced to Firebase Cloud Firestore under your account so you can restore them after reinstall or on another device.
Voice messages: Audio is recorded locally, transmitted to Deepgram for transcription, and the resulting text is used like a normal chat message. We do not intend to use voice recordings for advertising.
Each third party processes data under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review:
Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Deepgram Privacy Policy: https://deepgram.com/privacy

On your device — chat history (guest users), preferences, local database, and optional profile photo files.
In the cloud — for linked accounts: Firestore documents under users/{your user ID}/, including relationship state, memories, profile fields, and chat messages.
On third-party AI/transcription servers — message content and voice audio are transmitted to generate responses or transcripts. Retention by those providers is governed by their policies.
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the App and as described below:
Active use: data remains while you use the App and your account exists.
Guest data: remains on your device until you delete the App or clear app data.
Signed-in cloud data: remains until you delete your account or we delete it as described below.
Analytics / crash logs: retained per Firebase default retention periods.
Voice audio: processed for transcription; temporary files on device may be overwritten by later recordings.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your personal information.
In the App you can:
Edit your profile in My Profile.
Manage memories in the memories screen.
Choose language and notification preferences in Settings.
Decline notifications in iOS/Android system settings.
Decline tracking when iOS App Tracking Transparency is shown.
Manage ad personalization via Privacy choices (where available, e.g. consent tools on Android).
Sign in or continue as guest — cloud backup requires a linked account.
Delete your account from Me → Delete account, which attempts to delete your Firebase authentication account and clears local app data. Cloud data tied to your account should be deleted or orphaned in line with our retention practices; contact us if you need confirmation.
California (CCPA/CPRA), EEA/UK (GDPR), and other regions:
You may contact us at [privacy@yourdomain.com] to request access, deletion, correction, or information about data sharing. We will respond as required by applicable law.
The App is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a minor has provided information, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS), Firebase security rules for cloud data, and device-local storage for guest sessions. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
You are responsible for keeping your device and account credentials secure.
If you use the App from outside the country where our servers or providers operate, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Those countries may have different data protection laws than your country.
Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or provider certifications.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version at the URL above and change the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
