This Privacy Policy explains how Vibecode ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use the aigen.gallery mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). We are committed to ensuring your privacy is protected and operate in compliance with global privacy standards, including the Australian Privacy Principles (APP), GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and COPPA.
We only collect the information necessary to provide, secure, and improve the Service.
Information You Provide to Us:
Account Information: When you authenticate using third-party login providers, we collect your full name or display name, email address, profile avatar URL, and a Firebase Unique User Identifier (uid).
User-Generated Content (UGC): We collect the AI-generated artwork images you upload, along with associated metadata such as image titles, prompts, tags, category selections, AI model metadata, aspect ratios, and your liked posts list (likedBy).
Information Collected Automatically:
Technical & Infrastructure Data: Our backend services automatically process standard technical metadata, such as your IP address and standard HTTP request headers, to facilitate secure API connections and reliable service delivery.
Local Device Storage: We store basic application preferences and a local cache directly on your device using shared_preferences to improve app load times and enhance your user experience.
Data We Do NOT Collect: We strictly do not collect precise location data, physical addresses, phone numbers, contact lists, financial payment data, or advertising tracking identifiers (such as IDFA or GAID).
To ensure a highly secure login experience without handling or storing sensitive passwords, aigen.gallery utilizes Google Sign-In (via google_sign_in) and Apple Sign-In. These services are securely integrated and managed through Firebase Authentication.
We integrate with select third-party infrastructure providers to host and operate the Service. We do not use third-party ad networks (e.g., AdMob, Meta Ads) or data broker tracking SDKs.
Our core service providers include:
Google Firebase Suite:
Firebase Authentication: For user sign-in and secure session management.
Cloud Firestore: To store public artwork posts, user moderation queues, categories, and AI model metadata.
Firebase Storage: To securely host user-uploaded AI artwork images.
Note: Standard Firebase backend logging is used purely for infrastructure health and analytics; no third-party marketing trackers are employed.
Google Fonts: Utilizing the google_fonts package to deliver dynamic typography across the app and web.
You retain full control over your data and can manage or delete it at any time.
Content Deletion: You can delete your individual uploaded artworks and images directly within the aigen.gallery interface. This action permanently removes the files and records from our Cloud Firestore and Firebase Storage.
Account and Data Deletion: You have the right to completely delete your account. You can initiate an automated deletion directly from the in-app settings or by submitting a deletion request to privacy@aigen.gallery. Upon account deletion, your authentication profile, uploaded images, and all associated database entries are permanently and irreversibly deleted from our servers.
The Service is intended for users who are 13 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take immediate steps to delete such information and terminate the associated account.
As a globally distributed application, we comply with strict regional data protection frameworks.
European Economic Area (EEA) and UK Users (GDPR): You have the Right to Access the personal data we hold about you, the Right to Rectification (to correct inaccuracies), the Right to Erasure (the "Right to be Forgotten"), the Right to Data Portability, and the Right to Object to our processing of your data.
California Residents (CCPA / CPRA): You are granted the Right to Know what personal information is collected, the Right to Delete that information, and the Right to Opt-Out of the sale or sharing of your personal data. Vibecode does not and will never sell your personal data.
Australian Users (APP): Our data practices operate in strict compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. If you have a privacy complaint, you may contact us directly, and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or relevant laws. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy within the aigen.gallery app and updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document.
