Lisa was the main human antagonist of Lesson One: Vampires. She and her friends actively opposed Tim and did their best to secure their eternal happily ever after, which made them easy prey for the vampires.

Lisa's main group consisted of: Emma, an angry The Vampire Diaries fan who clashed with Penny; Carla, who went to high school with Tanya; and Jessa. After she found out Tim had killed most of the vampires and the surviving ones had fled, she tried to attack him with a crossbow. This cost her her left eye, which Dr West replaced with a laser beam capable of cutting through stone. Lisa plans to use it to get revenge on Tim and Penny.
When she returned to the US, her surviving friends weren't happy to see her, as they were still suffering the consequences for what had happened in Romania (Rebellion). Emma, who had been forced to work at a fast food restaurant and still couldn't afford any decent makeup, was particularly angry. However, after she and Carla saw Lisa's new eye and she explained her plan, they agreed to join her.
