Privacy Policy for Sanskrit Dhatu 360
Effective September 30, 2026
AIEUN Labs provides Sanskrit Dhatu 360 as an educational app. This policy explains how information is handled in the Android app. The app is intended for people aged 13 and older.
Sanskrit library and preferences
The Sanskrit word and root libraries are included with the app. You can browse and search them without an account. Reading preferences are saved on your device so that the app remembers your choices. The new release (version code 38 and later) does not include an advertising or analytics SDK and does not send your searches or reading preferences to AIEUN Labs.
Feedback
In version code 38 and later, the Contact Us form prepares a draft in your device's email app. You can review or discard the draft. Nothing is sent to AIEUN Labs unless you choose to send the email. If you do, AIEUN Labs receives the name, email address, and message you provide at siva@aieunlabs.com. We use that information to respond to your request and improve the app. We delete feedback emails one year after the request is resolved, unless a longer period is required by law. You can request deletion sooner by writing to aieun.labs@gmail.com. Your email provider and ours process the email under their own privacy policies.
Earlier versions
Earlier versions through version code 37 may display ads through Google AdMob and may use a third-party email delivery service for in-app feedback. These services may process information as described in their own privacy policies. This section remains relevant while an earlier version is available to users. AIEUN Labs does not sell your personal information.
External services and links
The app can open external sites, such as Sanskrit source references and its Google Play listing, when you choose a link. Those sites and Google Play operate under their own privacy policies. Google Play may also provide AIEUN Labs with aggregate installation and app-quality statistics. Version code 38 and later does not include a separate app analytics or crash-reporting SDK.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect feedback emails we receive. Email is handled by the sender's and recipient's email providers. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure.
Your choices and contact
You can use the Sanskrit library without sending feedback. You can request access to or deletion of feedback you sent by emailing aieun.labs@gmail.com. For privacy questions, contact aieun.labs@gmail.com. We may update this policy when the app changes and will post the new effective date here.
