Artificial Intelligence (AI) is not a new concept. It is all around us in much of what we experience in our daily lives, and its use is rapidly expanding. With the availability of so many impactful AI tools and the increasing use of ChatGPT, we have the opportunity to disrupt teaching and learning as we know it and create a paradigm shift in education for the future.

In this introductory session, we will explore Chat GPT and AI and their implications for education. What does this “new world” mean for the classroom? What does this mean for teachers and students? Will this (and should this) change how we teach and how we assess our learners? How to structure prompts for optimal results?

This is a very informative session with lots of ideas and strategies for harnessing the power of these amazing tools to empower both educators and students.
