How a complaint may be made
If you have a complaint about a particular engagement, trustee, volunteer or employee and you are familiar with the team working on your matter, you may wish to address your complaint to an appropriate member of that team, orally, by letter, email or fax. Where possible, complaints should be made in writing so that the details of the complaint are clear and complete. If you are not sure to whom you should refer your complaint, or if you feel it is inappropriate to address your complaint directly to a member of the team working on your matter, please write to the trustees of the AI Education Foundation: ai.education.foundation@gmail.com.
What information is required when making a complaint?
When making a complaint, please provide the following information:
Your name, position and contact details
Your relationship with AI Education Foundation
Your contact person within AI Education Foundation
The nature of the complaint
When the conduct giving rise to the complaint occurred
Details of the AI Education Foundation partner involved
Copies of any documentation supporting the complaints.
Assistance with making a complaint
If you need assistance in formulating a complaint, please contact a member of the team working on your matter. If this is not appropriate, please contact the AI Education Foundation trustees.
Acknowledgement of complaints
We are committed to acknowledging all complaints immediately upon receip, sending you a written response (by email) providing early reassurance that the complaint has been acknowledged and that we are investigating the matter. We will also provide you a contact person you can reach out to for updates on handling the complaint. Once a complaint is received, we will undertake a review of the complaint and look to address it expeditiously.
Response to a complaint
Once we have reviewed your complaint, we will provide you with a written response. If you are dissatisfied with the AI Education Foundation’s response, you have the right to ask for reconsideration of the response by the Trustees. Such a request should be made in writing and forwarded by email to ai.education.foundation@gmail.com.
