THE VISSION OF AIE
An association is defined as a connection between ideas made mentally, or a connecting platform where we made a bridge between various societies. The definition of an association is a relationship with an individual, group or organization. An example of an association is the Association of Intellectual Entrepreneurs.
In my terms, an association is a platform where a group of organization, company and industry come together around a common cause or purpose. As associations are a type of nonprofit organization, they can receive tax exempt status from the State government.
The associates of AIE have a common purpose with different missions, vision, goals, targets and focus; we unitedly try to achieve our purpose by combining and manipulating our efforts. Associations perform several useful functions for various purposes and benefits of the community and mankind. The personality of an associate develops with the help of the association. The association provides them with scope and encouragement for the expression of their talent. We work for attaining the common objectives of our associates. Our common interests, trust, friendship and loyalty bind the organizations together. Our performance generates a feeling of unity among its members. Our unity makes the association strong and enables it to achieve our common goal. We give more importance to others' common interests than to our individual interest. This increases our love, friendship, responsibility, fellow-feeling cooperation for each other which is leading us to peace, justice and harmony.
Each of our associates has a ‘code of conduct’ for the welfare of each individual to support others. We all abide by the policy, terms and condition of association, organization, company, industry and state government. This establishes discipline and order in the association.
An individual joins this association partly to be able to achieve their own goal with the help of other associates. One alone may not succeed, so the individual needs an association to get support, guidance and facility to increase their sustainability rate. Individual’s personnel, organization, company and industry have different kinds of wants and requirements which may be educational, financial, economical, mental, spiritual, cultural and other resources. AIE helps them in all available aspects with best regards.
In our association we exchange our views through discussion, R&D and Paper works so our Project gets enlightened by several points of view. This increases our communication skills, knowledge, performance and awareness over the maximum scope of related field.
AIE is a breeding ground of leadership. Those members who have leadership qualities get opportunity to further develop these qualities and to emerge as successful leaders. Associations are the best training platform for leadership.

There are many reasons for an Association to organize. Some of the most important benefits are outlined below.
We can establish organizational bonds. Building ‘community’ within your organization is of utmost importance. Working together with various organizations helps make everyone feel like they ‘belong’. With a common sense of ownership, more entrepreneurs will be likely to participate because their interests are at stake.
