These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the AI Detector & Humanizer GPT app (“the App”) provided by Tagir Taziev (“we”, “our”, “us”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The App is available for users aged 4 and above.
You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to upload, share, or process any content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
2. Content Processing Disclaimer
The App processes text, documents, and images to provide AI detection and humanization results.
Results are generated automatically and may not be 100% accurate. They are for informational purposes only and should not be considered definitive or professional advice.
We are not responsible for any decisions or actions taken based on the results provided by the App.
You retain ownership of the content you submit.
By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process it for the purpose of providing the service.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
In-app purchases and subscriptions are billed through Apple’s App Store.
Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Refunds are handled solely by Apple in accordance with App Store policies.
5. Termination and Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App without notice if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tagir Taziev shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the App or reliance on its results.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted in the App or on our official Privacy Policy page with a revised effective date.
