OpenAI (ChatGPT API)
Text is transmitted securely, processed only to generate requested results, and returned to the App.
Before any content is sent to third-party AI processing providers:
The App informs users that submitted text will be processed to generate results.
Users must provide consent within the App before processing occurs.
Users may choose not to use AI-powered features if they do not wish to submit content.
We take reasonable measures to protect user information.
Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS.
Submitted text is processed temporarily to provide requested functionality.
We follow industry-standard security practices and Apple platform requirements.
We do not sell or rent user data.
User-submitted text may be securely transmitted to AIProxy and OpenAI solely to provide AI-powered features requested by the user.
We require our third-party service providers to maintain privacy and security protections that are equal to or substantially similar to our own standards.
We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect our legal rights.
All purchases are processed through Apple In-App Purchases.
We do not collect, process, or store payment card information.
Subscriptions can be managed through the user’s Apple ID settings.
