Register now as a presenter or as an attendee.

There will be a registration fee of $50/Rs. 4500 for the event . The link to submit the registration fee will be shared with those who register. We have limited funds available to waive off the registration fee for up to 30 participants. Please let us know if you need a registration fee waiver to support your participation at the event and also describe the reason for the request through the registration form.

Guidelines for AI Demo Presenters

If you would like to present a demo of your AI product/tool/innovation/concept, please provide its short summary through the registration form. In the summary, please include responses to the following questions: 

1. What is the product/tool/innovation/concept about? 

2. Why is it important? 

3. Who is the target audience? 

4. At what stage of implementation is this work at - concept, prototype, alpha/beta testing, full-production? 

5. How are you evaluating this work? 

6. By when can it be available for public use? If already available, please share the website link. 

7. What are some of the challenges/lessons learned in your product development journey that the others can benefit from? 

Please include a short biography of the presenters. 

A 15-minute time slot will be provided to all the selected presenters. As the presentation slots are limited, we will short-list the presenters and contact them with further information by December 2nd, 2024.

Guidelines for Tutorial Presenters

If you would like to propose a hands-on tutorial on AI topics, please email us an overview of the planned contents of the tutorial, biography of presenters, and a few sample slides with the following subject line: "AI Demo Days - Tutorial Proposal". As the presentation-slots are limited, we will short-list the presenters and contact them with further information by December 12th, 2024. The tutorials can be proposed for a maximum of a 2-hour time-slot.
