Stefano Silvestri, PhD., is a researcher at the Institute for High Performance Computing and Networking of the National Research Council of Italy (CNR-ICAR) and serves as adjunct lecturer in computer science, information processing systems, and computer networks at several universities, including the University of Campania “L. Vanvitelli”, the University of Naples “Federico II”, and “G. Fortunato” University.
His research interests focus on Artificial Intelligence and Machine/Deep Learning, with applications in Smart Health, Smart Cities, Natural Language Processing, Cyber Security, and Big Data Analytics. He has been involved in numerous national and international research projects, often in leading roles.
He is the author and co-author of more than 35 peer-reviewed scientific publications and actively contributes to the academic community as an invited speaker, program committee member, and guest editor of international journals.
