Neon Trigger was a game I made with a team over 8 weeks.
For this project, I did all of the UI Programming, including the shop and its visual display of the guns and the upgrade systems. I also programmed gameplay systems for the leaderboard, timer, and room progression. I implemented combat systems like player and enemy respawning, including the dissolve effect. I also implemented the player health system with the emission on the player scaling as the player takes more damage. I also implemented the boss and the exploding enemies that the boss summons.
