Rules & Regulations to be maintained (যে সমস্ত নিয়মাবলী এবং নির্দেশাবলী মেনে চলতে হবে)

1. A student must be punctual and well dressed. Only full sleeve shirt and full pants are allowed for boys and girls, also, Sharee, Salwar Kameez, Churidar are allowed for girls. Scratched Geans, Half Pants, Three-Quarters, Geans Tops are not allowed for both. (ছাত্র-ছাত্রীদেরকে প্রতিদিন সঠিক সময়ে এবং ভদ্রস্থত পোশাক পরে আসতে হবে।  ছাত্র-ছাত্রী উভয়ই কেবল মাত্র ফুল হাতা জামা ও ফুল প্যান্ট পরে আসতে পারবে এবং বিশেষ করে ছাত্রীরা শাড়ী, শালোয়ার কমিজ এবং চুড়িদার পরে আসতে পারবে। কোনো পরিস্থিতিতেই হাফ প্যান্ট, থ্রী-কোয়ার্টার, স্ক্র্যাচড জিন্স বা জিন্স টপ পরে আসা যাবে না।)

2. Any kind of odd hair-cut is not entertained here. (কোনোরূপ বিকট বা অভদ্র চুলের স্টাইল এখানে বরদাস্ত করা হবে না।)

3. A student must bring his / her identity card (if issued) at the institute every day.(যদি আই-কার্ড থাকে, প্রতিদিন ইন্সটিটিউটে আনতে হবে।)

4. A student must switch off his / her mobile phone(s) before entering into the class room (if necessary mobile phones must be in silent mode). (ছাত্র-ছাত্রীদেরকে শ্রেণি কক্ষে প্রবেশ করার আগে মোবাইল ফোন বন্ধ বা খুব দরকার থাকলে সাইলেন্ট মোডে রাখতে হবে।)

5. A student must sign into the entry / exit log-book while entering and exiting in and from the institute. (প্রত্যেকদিন ক্লাসে আসা ও যাওয়ার সময় উপস্থিতির খাতায় সময় সহ সই করতে হবে।)

6. Students are not allowed to enter into the computer room along with their bags; they must put it on its proper place. (কম্পিউটার কক্ষে কোনোরূপ ব্যাগ, বাক্স ইত্যাদি নিয়ে প্রবেশ নিষিদ্ধ; নির্ধারিত স্থানে সমস্ত কিছু রাখতে হবে।)

7. Smoking or any kind of bad habits are prohibited in this institute. Students can not eat or drink any thing inside the class room (প্রতিষ্ঠানে বা প্রতিষ্ঠান চত্তরে ধুমপান করা বা যেকোনো বদ-অভ্যাস বজায় রাখা দন্ডনিয় অপরাধ। শ্রেণীকক্ষের ভিতরে কোনো কিছু খাওয়া বা পান করা যাবে না।)

8. Student must maintain their attendance a minimum of 85% to sit for the examination. (পরীক্ষায় বসতে হলে ন্যূনতম ৮৫% উপস্থিতি প্রয়োজন।)

9. If any student found responsible for any damage to the institute or any particular of computer peripherals; will be punished and our institute will be authorized to claim total value for the damaged. (প্রতিষ্ঠানের কোনো সম্পত্তির ক্ষতি করলে সাস্তি সহ ক্ষতিপূরণের নিমিত্ত অর্থ আদায় করা হবে।)

10. Guardians must conduct periodically to maintain communication with teachers to check progress of the students. (অভিভাবক গণের কাছে অনুরোধ তাঁরা যেন সময়ে সময়ে প্রতিষ্ঠানে এসে ছাত্র-ছাত্রীদের অগ্রগতির খবর রাখেন।)

11. For issuing new Identity-Card student must pay ₹100/- and for re-issuing that, additional ₹100/- must be paid to the institute. (নতুন আইডি-কার্ড পেতে ১০০ টাকা এবং পুনরায় আইডি-কার্ড করার জন্য অতিরিক্ত ১০০ টাকা দিতে হবে।)

12. Guardians are requested to check this Progress book cum diary regularly for better communication with the class teachers. (অভিভাবক গণের কাছে অনুরোধ তাঁরা যেন নিয়মিত এই প্রোগ্রেস বুকটি দেখেন এবং শিক্ষক মহাশয়ের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ রাখেন।)

13. Guardians are requested to give their valuable and written advice and also minor donations for the development of this institute. (এই প্রতিষ্ঠানের উন্নতির জন্য মূল্যবান ও লিখিত পরামর্শ এবং সাহায্য দানের জন্য অভিভাবক গণের কাছে বিশেষ অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।)

14. As per schedule, we arrange all examinations on Wednesday every month. (নির্ধারিত সময় অনুযায়ী প্রতি মাসের বুধবার পরীক্ষা নেওয়া হয়।)

15. Every student must pay their fees at the prescribed time schedule for uninterrupted classes, otherwise classes will be  adjourned. (ক্লাস ঠিক-ঠাক চালু রাখার জন্য পূর্ব নির্ধারিত সঠিক সময়ে কোর্সের ফী জমা দিতে হবে, নচেত ক্লাসগুলি স্থগিত রাখা হবে।)

16. Students will get Study Materials periodically and they have to pay those fees at the time of collecting the materials. (সময়ে সময়ে ছাত্র-ছাত্রীরা স্টাডি ম্যাটেরিয়াল পেয়ে যাবে এবং তার জন্য ফী বাবদ টাকা ম্যাটেরিয়াল নেওয়ার সময় দিয়ে দিতে হবে)

17. To get new Fee Book-cum Progress Book student must pay ₹200/- and for updating data, additional ₹100/- must pay to the institute. (নতুন ফী-বুক কাম প্রগ্রেস-বুক পেতে ২০০/- টাকা এবং তথ্য সংকলন করার জন্য অতিরিক্ত ১০০/- টাকা দিতে হবে)

Rules for Fee Payments (ফী জমা দেওয়ার আবশ্যিক নির্দেশাবলি):

1. Pay installment within 10th of every month, otherwise your class will be discontinued after 15th of the current month (there will be a grace period of 5 days). There will be 15% late fine against installment for delaying (after 15th day) monthly installments. প্রতি মাসের ১০ তারীখের (কেবল মাত্র ৫ দিন ছাড়) মধ্যে চলতি মাসের মাহিনা দিতে হবে, নাহলে ১৫ তারীখের পর থেকে ক্লাস বন্ধ করে দেওয়া হবে। মাহিনা দেরী করে দিলে (১৫ তারীখে পেরিয়ে গেলে) প্রতি মাসে ধার্য্য মাহিনার / কিস্তির উপর ১৫% করে জরিমানা দিতে হবে।

2. Course fee below ₹5000/- have to be paid in 1 installment (½ at the time of Registration and rest ½ after one month of class because usually this kind of course duration will be only 3 months). (৫০০০ টাকার কম মূল্যের কোর্সের টাকা ১টি খাতেই দিতে হবে,  প্রথম অর্ধেক নাম নথিভুক্ত করার সময় এবং বাকী অর্ধেক ১ মাস ক্লাস হওয়ার পর, কারণ এগুলি সাধারণত ৩ মাসের হয়।)

3. Course fee for 06 months duration courses have to be paid within 2 months (০৬ মাসের কোর্স গুলির টাকা প্রথম ২ মাসের মধ্যে দিতে হবে)

4. Course fee for 12 months duration courses have to be paid within 4 months (১২ মাসের কোর্স গুলির টাকা প্রথম ৪ মাসের মধ্যে দিতে হবে)

5. Course fee for 18 months duration courses have to be paid within 5 months (১৮ মাসের কোর্স গুলির টাকা প্রথম ৫ মাসের মধ্যে দিতে হবে)

6. Course fee for 24 months duration courses have to be paid within 6 months (২৪ মাসের কোর্স গুলির টাকা প্রথম 6৬ মাসের মধ্যে দিতে হবে)

7. Course fee for 30 months duration courses have to be paid within 7 months (৩০ মাসের কোর্স গুলির টাকা প্রথম 7৭ মাসের মধ্যে দিতে হবে)

8. Course fee for 36 months duration courses have to be paid within 8 months (৩৬ মাসের কোর্স গুলির টাকা প্রথম ৮ মাসের মধ্যে দিতে হবে)

9. Taking admission to higher courses after basic courses, students will get special rebate. (বেসিক কোর্সের শেষে উচ্চ স্তরের কোর্সে ভর্ত্তী হওয়ার সময় এই প্রতিষ্ঠানের ছাত্রছাত্রীরা বিশেষ ছাড় পাবে)

10. On monthly basis the student must pay 40% of total fee for the course at the time of admission and have to complete the installments in n-1 installments and no rebate will be given. (মাসিক বেতন হিসাবে ফী দিতে হলে ছাত্র-ছাত্রীদেরকে ভর্তী হওয়ার সময় কোর্সফী-এর ৪০% দিতে হবে এবং বাকী টাকা মাসিক কিস্তিততে মেয়াদ শেষের ১ মাস আগেই সম্পূর্ণ পরিশোধ করতে হবে এবং কোনো ছাড় পাওয়া যাবে না।)

11. There will be no concession for monthly installments. (মাসিক কিস্তিতে ফী দলে কোনোরূপ কনশেসন বা ছাড় পাওয়া যাবে না।)

Penalty (Fine) rates for Absence (অনুপস্থিতির জন্য ধার্য্য জরিমানা):

1. Students will have to get permission for absence through e-mail:ainfotech.97@gmail.com or through WhatsApp (7872563636). (ছাত্র-ছাত্রীদেরকে ছুটির জন্য ইমেল ainfotech.97@gmail.com বা হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ (৭৮৭২৫৬৩৬৩৬) -এর সাহায্যে অনুমতি নিতে হবে।)

2. Fines will be charged for absence as first 3 days @15/- and 4th to 7th day @25/- and from 8th day @50/- per day for absence without permission. (বিনা অনুমতিতে অনুপস্থিতির জন্য ধার্য্য জরিমানা প্রথম ৩ দিন @১৫/- টাকা করে, ৪র্থ থেকে ৭ম দিন পর্যন্ত ২৫/- টাকা করে এবং ৮ম দিন থেকে সমস্ত দিনগুলির জন্য @৫০/- টাকা করে।)

3. Students will have to pay ₹250/- for 4days consecutive absence, ₹500/- for 6days consecutive absence, ₹1000/- for 8days consecutive absence and have to go through re-admission for 10days consecutive absence without written permission. (ছাত্র-ছাত্রীদেরকে লিখিত অনুমতি ছাড়া একসঙ্গে ৪দিন অনুপস্থিতির জন্য ২৫০/- টাকা, ৬দিন অনুপস্থিতির জন্য ৫০০/- টাকা এবং ৮দিন অনুপস্থিতির জন্য ১০০০/- টাকা জরিমানা দিতে হবে আবার অনুপস্থিতি ১০দিন হয়ে গেলে পুনরায় ভর্তী হতে হবে।)

4. All the days counts will not reset after paying the fine. (ফাইন দেওয়া হলেও দিন সংখ্যা আবার নতুন করে গোনা হবে না, যতগুলি ছুটি হবে তত তম দিন অনুযায়ী ফাইন ধার্য্য করা হবে।)

Exam Fee Rates (পরীক্ষার জন্য ধার্য্য ফী):

Exam fees will be charged as Theory @100/- and Practical @150/- (except H/W and N/W - Practical @ 250/-) for every Semester. (প্রতিটি সেমিস্টারে থিওরি ও প্র্যাকটিক্যাল পরীক্ষার জন্য যথাক্রমে ১০০/- এবং ১৫০/- টাকা দিতে হবে, কিন্তু হার্ডওয়্যার ও নেটওয়ার্কিং-এর জন্য প্র্যাকটিক্যাল পরীক্ষার ফী ২৫০/- টাকা দিতে হবে।)

বিশেষ বিশেষ লক্ষ্যণীয় বৈশিষ্ট্যঃ

1. Classes will be counted except all the holidays. Therefore, the length of the course duration may be extended. (সমস্ত ছুটির দিন বাদ দিয়েই কোর্সের ক্লাস গুলি গণনা করা হয়, এতে কোর্সের মেয়াদ মাস/দিন হিসাবে বাড়তেও পারে।)

2. Avail special rebate on giving full fee at the time of admission. (ভর্তীর সময় একসাথে সমস্ত টাকা দিলে বিশেষ ছাড়ের সুব্যবস্থা আছে।)

3. Payment once made, is not refundable in any circumstances. (কোনো পরিস্থিতিতেই প্রদত্ত টাকা ফিরৎ হয় না।)
