Thanks for finding my service. I am still converting pre-Ai* Nikon lenses while my website is under renovation. Fortunately, the previous one is still accurate in terms of key features. You can go to the home page of the old site and get started from there or just print the order form. Note: The version on the old site can be filled in electronically.
For some basic updates from what's on the website:
Note that there have not been any bodies since 2008 (the year the D90 was introduced) that will need my Type B conversion. My Type A will be all you need for any recent Nikon higher-end DSLRs.
Pre-Ai lenses can be used with adapters for mirrorless bodies without the need for, or benefit from, my conversion.
