By downloading, installing, accessing, or using AI Comic Maker – Manga Creator ("App"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the App.
The App enables users to upload images and generate AI-powered comic and manga-style images using artificial intelligence (AI). The service provides visual styles, character transformations, and artistic effects for personal, entertainment, and creative expression purposes only.
The App is not intended for use in journalism, political campaigns, identity manipulation, biometric verification, or any other context that could mislead, defame, or cause harm to others.
All content produced by the App is generated synthetically by AI based on user input. These outputs are not real, factual, or representative of actual events or people.
The developer does not monitor, review, or validate AI-generated results.
Users are fully responsible for the content they generate, share, or publish externally.
By using the App, you acknowledge that results may be unpredictable, stylized, or artistic in nature.
You agree not to use the App to:
Generate deepfakes, impersonations, or deceptive imagery.
Violate copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights of others.
Create explicit, violent, hateful, or abusive material.
Defame, harass, or violate the privacy of individuals or groups.
Produce content that violates applicable laws or platform guidelines.
We reserve the right to remove, report, restrict, or terminate access to content or accounts that violate these Terms.
The App and all underlying technologies, designs, templates, interfaces, and assets are the exclusive property of the developer and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Users retain full rights to the final AI-generated comic or manga images they produce.
By using the App, users grant the developer a non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, worldwide license to use anonymized and non-identifiable outputs solely for product improvement, debugging, analytics, and marketing purposes.
The App operates on a token-based model with recurring subscriptions. Tokens are required for each AI comic or manga generation:
Weekly Plan: 1,500 tokens per week (non-cumulative)
Yearly Plan: 13,500 tokens per year (non-cumulative)
Cost per generation: 215 tokens
Tokens do not roll over and reset at the beginning of each billing cycle.
Subscriptions are handled via Apple ID and are subject to Apple’s payment terms.
Users are responsible for managing subscription settings and understanding token usage rules as displayed in the App.
By using the App, you agree to the practices described in our Privacy Policy, including but not limited to:
Uploaded images are used exclusively for AI comic or manga generation and are deleted within 24 hours.
No facial recognition, biometric mapping, or identity tracking is performed.
Face data is not retained and is not used for AI training.
We comply with Apple Guideline F 2.1, GDPR, and applicable international data protection standards.

The App is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If such data is identified, it will be deleted immediately.
We reserve the right to:
Modify, update, or discontinue the App or any features at any time without prior notice.
Suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms or applicable laws.
Change pricing, subscription plans, or token mechanics.
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without guarantees of uptime, availability, or uninterrupted service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for:
Any damages, losses, or legal claims arising from the use or misuse of the App.
AI-generated content that may be inaccurate, offensive, misleading, or infringing.
Technical issues, subscription billing errors, or data loss caused by third-party platforms or services.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Istanbul, Türkiye.
We may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
