Photo & video policy

Registration for and attendance at any The AI Collective Hampton Roads chapter event constitutes agreement to this Photo & Video Policy.

The AI Collective Hampton Roads chapter may photograph, film, or otherwise record audio and visual content at events, meetings, workshops, and related activities it hosts or sponsors.

By registering for and attending an event, you grant The AI Collective Hampton Roads chapter the irrevocable, perpetual, and royalty-free right to capture, use, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, and display your likeness, voice, name, and participation in photographs and recordings for lawful purposes including promotional, marketing, educational, and informational use, in any media now known or later developed, without further notice, approval, or compensation.

Consent is a required condition of free registration and participation. Individuals who do not agree to this policy should not register for or attend events hosted by The AI Collective Hampton Roads chapter.

All photographs and recordings remain the sole property of The AI Collective Hampton Roads chapter.
