By downloading, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old(or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
2. The Services
The App provides coin scanning and identification features using image recognition and AI, which may include:
- Coin identification suggestions and reference information
- Collection management tools
- Estimated value ranges, rarity indicators, or market references
- Educational content

3. User Content and Image Uploads
“User Content” includes photos of coins, text, and other materials you upload or submit.
You retain ownership of your User Content. However, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, process, analyze, modify (for technical purposes), and display User Content solely to provide, maintain, improve, and secure the Services, including training and improving recognition models (unless prohibited by law or you opt out where such option is available).
You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to submit User Content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights or violate applicable law.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the Services
- Upload malware or attempt unauthorized access
- Use the App to violate others’ privacy or intellectual property
- Misrepresent coin ownership, origin, or authenticity
We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
5. Accuracy, Valuation, and Market Data Disclaimers
Identification results and value estimates (if any) are not guaranteed. Coins may have variations (mint marks, errors, condition, cleaning, toning, wear) that the App cannot reliably evaluate from photos.
Any estimated values are approximate and may be based on limited data, third-party sources, or recent sale prices and may not reflect actual market value. Always consult a qualified coin grader/appraiser or reputable dealerbefore buying, selling, or relying on results.
6. Third-Party Services and Links
The Services may include links or integrations with third-party services (e.g., pricing databases, marketplaces). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including software, design, UI, logos, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by the Company or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
8. Feedback
If you submit feedback or suggestions, you grant us the right to use it without restriction or compensation.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the Services, users, or the Company. You may stop using the Services at any time.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
IN ALL CASES, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE PAID SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $50 (OR EQUIVALENT IN YOUR LOCAL CURRENCY), UNLESS APPLICABLE LAW REQUIRES OTHERWISE.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your User Content, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of these Terms.
13. Changes to the Services or Terms
We may modify the Services and these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice (e.g., in-App notice). Continued use after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance.
